The role

Ferrovial is looking for 2 M & E Engineers to work in one of its major Airport projects in the UK. The M&E Engineer will focus on mechanical systems including developing polices, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for M&E matters.

Key accountabilities

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE Able to support definition of M&E scopes for tendering purposes, obtaining and evaluating quotations, assisting with programmes and solving issues.Coordinates external engineering firms, providing leadership and making sure project needs are met.Investigates new ME concepts and technical development of systems for applicability to engineering problems.Reviews plans and specifications for constructability and program adherence.Manages and oversees the work of subordinate staff, or engineers.Reviews contract documents, advises inspectors on construction projects; prepares change orders and request for information responses as required for public safety and compliance with contract documents.Communicate effectivelyWork collaborativelyBuild relationshipsManage suppliersBe part of FAUK ValuesBe committed to Innovate
