Webber’s Summer Internship Program is an award-winning program focused in
Safety, Survey, Estimating, Project Supervision, Field Engineering and more.
Recruiting the best and brightest students from top universities across the
United States, the program is designed to provide hands-on, real world
experience to students seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
Construction Management, or a related field.
The interns are designated to a project and work onsite to observe and
support the Project Manager, Superintendent, Engineers and more, on the
day-to-day functions of construction operations. Working within a variety of
functions from Estimating to Field Supervision, the intern graduates the
program with a strong foundation to build upon. Webber offers internships in
our Heavy Civil, Commercial, Waterworks and Materials divisions.
