Andrés Sacristán

CEO

Civil Engineer from Madrid’s Polytechnical University. He began his career with Cintra in 2001 holding several positions in the car parks division, including Head of Development, before moving on to the toll roads division where he served as Head of Operations at Eurolink M4 (Ireland) and Managing Director of Radial 4 (Madrid). In 2010, he was appointed Country Manager for Spain and a member of the Executive Committee. In 2013, he became Head of Europe and also took charge of the Australian and Colombian markets in 2015. In 2017, he was appointed Director for Canada and CEO of 407 ETR. In 2020, Andrés Sacristán took over the management of Cintra US, where the company built and operates five innovative managed lanes projects. He was appointed CEO of Cintra in 2021.

Alberto González Lalueza

United States President of Cintra

Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He joined Cintra in 2004 and has held various positions in the areas of Business Development and Asset Management. He has been the CEO of the Dallas Toll Roads since 2016. In April 2021 he was appointed Global Head of Toll Roads in the U.S. and member of Cintra’s Management Committee.

Ricardo Sánchez

Head of Technical Solutions and Innovation

Master in Civil Engineering from the University of Madrid, he joined Cintra in 2001. Since then, he has held different management positions in the areas of Traffic Analysis and Operations. In 2007, he was appointed Head of the Technical Department of the Cintra office in Austin, Texas. In 2016 he took the role of Technical Director for North America, Australia and New Zealand. In 2021 he became Global Head of Technical Services and Innovation at Cintra.

Jose Maria Velao

CFO

Business Science graduate from ULPG and PDD from IESE Business school. After working for 10 years in Deloitte as Transport & Public financial consultant, he joined Cintra in 2013 as head of the Financial Analysis Department. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Cintra in 2022.

Miguel Ángel Sagaz Quesada

Head of Legal Counseling

A graduate in Law from the Complutense University in Madrid, he obtained a Master’s degree in Legal and Tax Affairs in Construction and Real Estate Companies from the Technical University of Madrid and completed the Senior Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School. Miguel Angel joined Ferrovial Agroman’s Litigation and Legal Department in 1999 and has been the company’s Head of International Legal Affairs since 2001. In February 2019 was appointed Head of Legal Counseling of Cintra.

Head of Corporate and Business Development

Economist from University of Chile, MBA and MSBA from University of Southern California. He joined Cintra in 1998 as CFO of Cintra Chile. He was appointed Head of Development NA in 2006 and Global Head of Business Development in 2010. He started his PPP career in the Treasury Ministry of Chile in 1986.

Head of Financial Analysis

Economics and Business Sciences graduate from the Pontificia Comillas University-ICADE and PDD from IESE, he joined Cintra in 1998. He was appointed Head of the Financial Analysis Department in the Corporate and Business Development Division in 2003. He became Head of Financial Analysis in 2013.

Kiersen Ockey-Miller

Head of Human Resources

Kiersen obtained a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Dual Major in History and Spanish, and she also studied at the University of Bío-Bío in Chillán (Chile). She joined Cintra in 2022 as Head of Human Resources in North America. Kiersen has extensive experience in HR in the Construction industry. Before joining Ferrovial, she was Chief Human Resources Officer and COO at a company specialized in providing immigration solutions to companies in the USA. She has been Head of Human Resources at Cintra since January 2023.

Head of Europe and New Markets & Asset Management Director

Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he joined Cintra in 1999. Since then, he has held several positions such as Head of Development at Cintra Aparcamientos and Head of Ireland. He became Head of Canada and CEO of 407 ETR in 2009, Head of Europe and New Markets in 2017 and Asset Management Director in 2018 to direct the Cintra Global and Cintra Infrastructure offices, located in Nederland.

Javier Tamargo

President and CEO for Highway 407 ETR

Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he joined Cintra in 2002. Since then, he has held several positions such as Business Manager at Cintra Aparcamientos; Project Manager in the Technic and Bidding Division; COO for the NTE Highway; CEO for the 407 ETR Highway; CEO for the I-77 Highway and Commercial Director for Maryland. In August 2020, was appointed President and CEO for Highway 407 ETR and a Member of the Executive Committee of Cintra.
