Risks and Opportunities

We consider our company is partially exposed to physical risks. Some of the transport infrastructure owned by Ferrovial worldwide could be directly affected by the consequences of global warming on a long-term basis. In some areas where Ferrovial is operating, such as Chile for example, natural disasters (mainly floods), have been increasing in number over the last decade. However, physical risks related to Global Change are considered less relevant than those regarding regulatory aspects.
