This year, Ferrovial Agroman has maintained the scope of its quality certifications with respect to previous years. The slight drop inrelation to previous years was due to the fact that the construction branch is extending its operations to new countries that are notwithin the scope of current certifications. However, 100% of the contracts are managed with systems that guarantee management and product quality. The offices in Chile and Portugal have been included into the Environment scope.
In the services area, the percentage of activity with certifi ed quality remained unchanged compared to previous years, and increasedconsiderably in terms of environment, thanks to the certification of the Aragón Highway.

All systems are internally audited by teams of qualified auditors who are independent of the audited area. The company continued to make great efforts in this respect, with more than 900 internal audits and 1,161 assessment visits.
