With the goal of taking advantage of disruptive changes, we have launched our own business laboratory: Venture Lab.
Its mission is to design and build new business models in areas where, due to the high degree of uncertainty, it is necessary to apply an agile focus based on market exploration and experimentation before the model can be scalable. The main benefit that Venture Lab gives us is the creation of value for the future and the development of competitive advantages.
As a result of this focus, the following solutions and services have been born: Wondo, a mobility service that includes models like ridesharing and acts as an interface with public transportation; and Kuiko, a digital solution that allows small and medium-sized businesses to find, compare and hire industrial services on a local level.
