The HRIS Administrative Coordinator will support HRIS processes and internal service across the business. This role will focus on administrative support, a variety of data entry on employee transactions, including HR Service Center ticketing response.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
HRIS customer service support to internal managers & employees (across all levels) within a variety of HRSC (HR Service Center) requests, through a variety of channels (phone, ticketing system and email).
Assists HRIS with creating new hire profiles, and other employee data into SAP, such as transfers, promotions, terminations, pay changes, etc.
Responsible for responding to, and acting on data change request from across the business, such as personal information, bank/payroll changes, employee file updates, etc.)
Must have INCREDIBLE attention to detail, to ensure data integrity and spot/report any potential data errors, and rectify in a timely manner
Ensures data quality with measured review, audits and close eye for information that is received and entered into the systems
Data entry in a variety of ways and transactions (must be comfortable with large amounts of data entry, and the ability to do so error-free)
All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Must have strong sense of detail, time management and solid integrity in their work
· Must feel confident and capable addressing system errors and potential improvements to team, to ensure data accuracy.
· Generate basic company reports out of SAP system
· Excel – beginner level (basic spreadsheet filter, sorting of spreadsheet data)
Education and Experience
· 3+ years HRIS / HR experience required
· HR Experience – this role must have experience understanding traditional HR hiring process, workflows and business transactions. This is vital, due to the nature of this position, the business and personal data they will be handling, personal demographic info, salary, etc.)
· SAP experience a plus, but not required
· UltiPro Payroll system knowledge, a plus but not required
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinet, office machinery etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer
Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.
Other duties (not listed) may be assigned to this job at any time.
