The role

This posting represents openings we have for Superintendent, Project Manager, Foreman at any one of our multiple locations. 
 

Superintendent

Primary Responsibilities
The Superintendent is responsible for overall field execution of projects and or turnarounds. Directs the activities of multiple Foreman or General Foreman, knowing each Supervisors limitations and provides suggestions to crew using personal experience and knowledge to help them understand the proper and safe methods of performance. Plans and executes portions of the job as directed by the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Work Conditions
Qualifications for the superintendent role are as follows.
4 years construction related experience with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Supervising Shut Downs and general business operations in the Oil & Gas industry, Construction and alternative heavy industries, strong Financial skills, people skills, computer skills and demonstrates knowledge of local and state regulations.
 
The Superintendent role typically works outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Constantly positions self to maintain/use a variety of equipment. Ascends/Descends a ladder or scaffolds frequently. Occasionally lifts equipment weighing up to 60lbs.Enters confined spaces. Performs work wearing personnel protective equipment (Including but not limited to the following: rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied air and air purifying respirators, safety harness, Nomex coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs and safety glasses). Is able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may be up to seven days a week for extended duration’s of up to 8 weeks or more.

Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities
Charged with the overall responsibility of all safe work execution, on a specific project by coordinating and scheduling in conjunction with a client representative and the project execution plan. Directs General Foreman and supervisors in execution of major job requirements. Directs purchasing, subcontracting and administration in support of job requirements.
Qualifications & Work Conditions
Qualifications for the Project Manager role are as follows.
Project Managers have a minimum of 10 years of experience, and progressively more responsible experience in oil and gas and construction. At a minimum, 6 years of experience required in various supervisory positions. strong Financial skills, people skills, computer skills and demonstrates knowledge of local and state regulations.
 
The Project Manager role typically works outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Constantly positions self to maintain/use a variety of equipment. Ascends/Descends a ladder or scaffolds frequently. Occasionally lifts equipment weighing up to 60lbs.Enters confined spaces .Performs work wearing personnel protective equipment (Including but not limited to the following: rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied air and air purifying respirators, safety harness, Nomex coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs and safety glasses). Foreman/General Foreman

Primary Responsibilities
Directs crews in execution of job requirements. Interacts with Ferrovial Services North America Health & Safety Department and client Fire & Safety Representatives to ensure a safe work site and monitors proper compliance with all regulatory requirements. General Foreman is responsible for overseeing foreman site manpower management and administrative duties.
Qualifications & Work Conditions
Qualifications for the Foreman positions are as follows.
High School Diploma at minimum, 5+ years oil & gas experience, including supervisory experience (8 years experience for a General Foreman).
The General Foreman role typically works outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Constantly positions self to maintain/use a variety of equipment. Ascends/Descends a ladder or scaffolds frequently. Occasionally lifts equipment weighing up to 60lbs.Enters confined spaces .Performs work wearing personnel protective equipment (Including but not limited to the following: rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied air and air purifying respirators, safety harness, Nomex coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs and safety glasses). Is able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may be up to seven days a week for extended duration’s of up to 8 weeks or more.
