Sister schools, the Dr. Viola Garcia Middle School and the Steve Mead Middle School, are both 227,000 square foot, two-story steel structure with a masonry brick façade.
The schools are designed to educate 1,400 students in grades six through eight and includes classrooms and collaborative learning areas along with bigger hallways, sizeable outdoor learning spaces, additional large and small group learning spaces, art and music program spaces and a theater.
Each school includes a cafeteria, gymnasium, science labs and playing fields on 45 acres. Each project also includes parking, roads and detention areas across the campuses. The projects will also incorporate site work parking, roads and detention areas across the spacious 45-acre campus
