Key Responsabilities:
- Provide support in the design and execution of tests to conduct audits.
- Participation in drafting relevant documents and recommendations for improving the processes analyzed and/or reducing or eliminating risks for the Ferrovial Group.

Position Summary
Serves as technical engineering advisor to project staff on roadway, bridge and facility infrastructure.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with processes, procedures, and specifications regarding contractual performance standards for roadways, facilities and bridges.
- Quality assurance reviews of project subcontractors and consultant performance and provides recommendations to project staff.
- Performs quality control reviews of submitted roadway lighting, striping reflectivity, attenuator and guardrail, stormwater and bridge inspection reports.
- Determines best approach (self-performance or sub-contract) for bringing roadway, facility and bridge assets into contract compliance considering cost, timelines and efficiency.
- Schedules and coordinates work to be performed.
- Developed contracts to include estimates, quantities, contract language and specifications.
- Inspects in-process and completed work to insure compliance with contract requirements.
- Enters data into the work reporting and other databases/systems.
- May prepare and maintain reports and other documentation including project work plan and checkbook.

About us:
Alamo NEX Construction, LLC is a part of the Ferrovial Group in Texas. In 2021, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) selected Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction Texas, LLC and DBW, LLC (both Ferrovial Group subsidiaries), to complete the Interstate 35 (I-35) NEX Central Project. Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations to ensure the standards of the contract are met in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner. The Project Superintendent holds overall responsibility for operations and maintenance of the project. Verifies work, interprets the contract, and gives direction and advice on schedules and subcontractor work to the Zone Superintendents. The Project Superintendent works in collaboration with the Project Manager to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of a services plan consistent with the identified needs of the client and the contract.
Responsibilities

Manages his or her Zone Superintendents to ensure completion of condition assessment of pavements, signs, guardrails, bridges, vegetation, tunnels, and other contract requirements.

Directs and advises their Zone Supers. To determine the best approach (self-performance or subcontract) for bringing assets into contract compliance considering cost, timeliness, and efficiency. Sources and qualifies new subcontractors.

Monitors operational and financial performance, conducts operational and financial analysis, and prepares performance information and recommendations for incorporation into the periodic reports to management.

Serves as technical advisor to their Zone Supers and Sub Contractors.

Reviews work schedules received from Zone Supers checking budgets, timelines and safe operations once approved briefs PM. on scheduled work.

Inspects in-process and reviews completed work with QC. to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Acts as a communication link between the Project Manager and operations personnel.

Ensures direct reports are actively supervising, scheduling, and evaluating personnel. Coach direct reports on management techniques.

Obtains, inspects, and controls fleet (maintenance, fuel cards, etc.). Manage, monitor, and controls project assets and materials.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for all operational aspects of human resources activities at our Heathrow Project including but not limited to the provision of IR/ER advice to management, preparation and ongoing review of workforce planning and staffing requirements, talent and development support and performance, talent and merit review process coordination.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a full range of general HR support to employees, managers and various stakeholders.
- Undertake regular benchmarking and industry capability and salary analysis amongst Heathrow partners and affiliated companies.
- Promote a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with the Company policies and procedures and educating employees on these processes and procedures on a regular basis.
- Managing Human resource reporting and sox compliance.
- Support employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle by ensuring all HR process actions are successfully completed and managed in Workday.
- Collaborates with the different project teams and Company HR team frequently.
- Advise on HR related queries from managers, employees and external contacts and resolving as appropriate.
- Support the probationary and performance review processes.
- Support the employee life cycle including recruitment activities, onboarding and leavers.
- Provide HR data and reports such as headcount, joiners and leavers, illness/absences and overtime claims.
- Update the HR systems, ensuring that staff movements and changes are captured in a timely manner.
