MISIÓN:
El coordinador de ofertas es una posición esencial que debe asegurar la coordinación fluida y la gestión de las diferentes actividades del proceso de oferta.
Esta posición requiere una combinación de habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y la capacidad de gestionar el tiempo y los recursos adaptándolos a las fechas de entrega establecidas. Será el pilar fundamental del equipo de la oferta, colaborando con los diferentes departamentos implicados y asegurando que las entregas se realizan en tiempo y con máximo nivel de calidad.
Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de participar en proyectos nacionales e internacionales en diversas geografías.
FUNCIONES:
Coordinación de la oferta: liderar el proceso de oferta desde su apertura hasta su entrega asegurando que todas las actividades se ejecutan de forma eficiente.
Gestión de documentos: Preparar, organizar, actualizar y dar seguimiento a los documentos de oferta, incluidos los recibidos de clientes y los de emisión de oferta.
Planificación: Gestionar la planificación temporal y los recursos para asegurar el cumplimiento de fechas de entrega, y realizar las necesarias actualizaciones y comunicaciones a los implicados.
Verificación de cumplimiento de requisitos: asegurar que las ofertas cumplen con los requerimientos establecidos en pliegos y especificaciones.
Capturar lecciones aprendidas: mantener histórico de ofertas extrayendo los aprendizajes para futura referencia.
Comunicación: Gestionar las comunicaciones con participantes internos y externos para recoger información y clarificar requerimientos de oferta.
REQUISITOS:
Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Eléctrica (o especialidad afín).
5 años de experiencia desempeñando tareas similares.
Experiencia necesaria en elaboración de ofertas de plantas fotovoltaicas incluyendo diseño del campo solar (PVsyst y PVcase) y diseño eléctrico.
Valorable conocimiento de interconexión a red de plantas renovables.
Nivel fluido de inglés.

Responsibilities:
Work with Management team to develop and implement a comprehensive Transmission strategy in Ferrovial Energy’s geographic areas.
Coordinate and supervise the technical and economic analysis of the offers presented by the Company, ensuring the provision of data on future costs and income related to the construction, operation and maintenance of assets, to determine the suitability of the investment / divestment for the objectives of the Company's business.
Coordinate and supervise the tasks carried out or subcontracted to external parties aimed at preparing estimates of demand, income, costs and investments in infrastructure of the offers presented by the division.
Establish and maintain contacts with those responsible for the assets in the matter for which they are responsible in order to ensure the bi-directional exchange of information and thus improve the profitability of the assets.
Analysis of specific projects in assets where a technical view of the shareholders is necessary.
Demonstrable Experience in any of the Following Areas:
Estimating of infrastructure needs, building budgets.
RFP response experience.
Management of assets under operation.
Estimation of investment projects.
Long-term income and cost forecast.
Construction of transmission infrastructure, involving permitting, environmental and rights of way processes, and EPC contracts.
Experience in power line concessions and / or business consulting will be valued.
Experience in projects in Europe and Australia is preferred but not required.
Stakeholder management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar field.
Between 8 to 10+ years of experience in high voltage (HVDC preferred), infrastructure including transmission lines, transmission lines, substations and switch yards, power lines sector – especially in bidding processes.
Willingness to travel up to 45% as per projects/opportunities needs.
High level of MS Office suite, including MS Excel functions and macros.
Strong communication and collaborative skills, strategic vision, push to make things happen and hunger to succeed.
Must be able to multitask, problem solving, and implement innovative processes within a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Spanish preferred but not required.
Ability to work onsite in the Austin office.

Job Purpose
To prepare, manage and supervise accurate estimates for major infrastructure projects to support delivery of business objectives including relationship with subcontractors
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety in accordance with company policy
- Responsible for preparing, managing, supervising and taking accountability for the development of cost estimates in support of project and business objectives.
- Review tender documents and drawings
- To create detailed cost risk analysis and work breakdown analysis to ensure the production of high-quality cost estimates.
- Identify and prepare risks and opportunities register
- Compile and supervise enquiries and procure quotes for materials and sub-contract packages
- Contacting with supply chain for Quotes Clarifications
- Preparing comparisons of quotations
- Analytical estimation of prime costs using estimating software (Candy preferred)
- Liaise closely with tender planner and agree methodology and sequencing
- Prepare tender settlement meeting review reports and supporting information
- Prepare submission documents and ensure timely delivery
- Contribute to mid-tender and post-tender meetings as necessary
- Prepare and handover secured tenders to the project team
- Ensure full compliance with the core process procedures throughout tender period
- Estimate preliminary costs, including escalation
- To promote company values in all dealings with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts
- Understanding of contractual risks in NEC and other forms of infrastructure contracts.
- Updating date bases of rates and suppliers
Key Skills
- Previous experience as an estimator for large scale projects particularly roads, tunnels and motorways including structures.
- Prepare tender settlement meeting review reports and supporting information
