Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
Provides pertinent information describing incident/accident to the Claims Coordinator to initiate the claim against those individuals or companies for the project, managing paperwork, as well as collecting visual image data from damaged assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) for digital claims submission, as directed by the Third Party Coordinator and/or Supervisor.
What You Will Do:
- Receives audits and maintains the documentation packet from Emergency Response Coordinators which outlines accidents that have damaged highway property. It contains:
- Incident/Accident Report
- Police Report
- Statement of Charges
- Pictures, if applicable
- Providing above to the Claims Coordinator to initiate claim.
- Monitors/responds to ongoing questions or requests for additional information.
- Documents actions by accessing and entering data into database.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success
- Minimum of High School or GED Required
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. (Required)

- Experience in related industry, i.e. construction, industrial, DOT, is highly desired
- Demonstrates innovation and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work and manage multiple incidents
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Software
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health – Building Services Design Engineer
Project: Heathrow
The Building Services Design Engineer will perform activities related to the management of the MEP design process in the project(s). Reporting directly to the Design Manager, the Design Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, and liaise with the Client, Design Consultants, Subcontractors and relevant stakeholders in all matters related to MEP Design and Engineering.
The DE will ensure design is delivered on time and on budget, and comply with the required Quality, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Sustainability standards and requirements. The DE will support the DM in managing the design Contract, including design changes, design interfaces, risks and opportunities.
The candidate shall also be open minded and proactive to explore additional uses of the tools and technologies available in the market with the aim of bringing innovation to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety targets in accordance with company policy
- Tendering design packages from project briefs received by the Client – understand scope and negotiate offers upstream and downstream
- Agree MEP Design Responsibility Matrix with all parties to ensure no gaps or overlaps

About the role:
Responsible for preparing and filing VAT and Corporate Income Tax returns, controlling payments to public authorities, and supervising the accounting and reconciliation of VAT bases. Includes the management and maintenance of the legal entity master data in SAP and SIGEFI, ensuring alignment with the group’s tax obligations.

- Monitor VAT and CIT payments in coordination with the Treasury Department.

- Respond to tax authority requests, prepare supporting documentation, attend meetings, and submit legal arguments.

- Supervise VAT base reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting.
- Manage the receipt and distribution of tax notifications across group entities.
- Maintain and update legal entity master data in SAP and SIGEFI, ensuring data integrity and compliance with tax regulations.

Garantizar en obra el cumplimiento de los parámetros de Calidad y Medioambiente exigidos por la compañía y por el departamento de Generación de reciente creación.
FUNCIONES:

Coordinar y supervisar en obra las actividades para asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa en materia de Calidad y Medioambiente.

Elaborar, en colaboración con el equipo de proyecto, los procedimientos y PPIs y definir los ensayos necesarios para asegurar la calidad de los trabajos.

Job Overview:
As Roadway Engineer, you will work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects, mainly large-scale Design&Build projects across the United States for either the bidding and the construction phases. You will perform a wide range of civil-design-related tasks and collaborate with other professional peers who will coordinate with you or work under your supervision.
You will have the opportunity to learn the company’s standards for roadway design and develop expertise in roadway design managerial processes. Under the supervision and mentoring of Ferrovial Construction US Design Department, you will receive the technical support and resources needed to advance your career by participating in large-scale projects within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform roadway design on complex highway D&B and PPP projects, both during the tender and detail design stages of the procurement process.
- Coordinate the design works with a team of design consultants, performing design supervision and reviews on designs performed by consultants to Ferrovial.
- Coordinate all aspects of roadway design with the other discipline managers: Geotech, drainage, structures, MEP, and environmental.
- Manage of internal roadway design team to self-perform design activities on specific project, ensuring accountability for design development and quality control for the self-performing design process.
- Prepare in-house preliminary designs to provide cost-effective solutions and value engineering.
- Supervise the preparation of design packages and reports ensuring the project schedule and budget are met. Development of design specifications.
- Responsible for the preparation of roadway quantities on tenders, supervising and reviewing the BOQ prepare by the design consultants, and internal developing complementary quantities for critical elements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, obtained from an accredited US College or University.
- Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in roadway design.
- Experience with Bentley MicroStation software. Skilled in using the Open Road Designer is a must.
- Attention to detail with data collection, data management, and record-keeping.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on teams in a fast-track environment and interface with Clients, Designers, and the Construction teams.
- US driving license.
- Ability to relocate if a project is awarded.
