The Party Chief is responsible for the managing the activities of a survey party throughout various job locations. The Party Chief provides highly technical support and insight to project management for heavy civil projects.
Job Duties
- Utilize survey equipment and manage others to locate, review, and research job locations
- Operations include identifying landmarks, physical objects, and significant land changes that would affect the required survey Supervise survey work, evaluate priorities, and coordinate work efforts
- Review the standard of work being performed and derive necessary field calculations from work completed
- Utilize and provide training for survey instruments and equipment

Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. This individual will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets (such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per standards in the contract and as directed by supervisor.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates safe traffic control, per OTM Book 7, by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
- Basic maintenance and repair of bridge structures and facilities including railings, expansion joints, doors, and painting as required.
- Repairs/maintains functionality of roadway catch basins, sumps and pumps, fire hydrants and other mechanical assets through use of shovels and other hand or power tools and equipment.
- Transports crew and equipment to work sites operating vehicle large trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers.
- Carry out all duties in line with Company policies and procedures as amended from time to time.
- Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, working with concrete and asphalt.

Position Summary
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of project vehicles and equipment by executing expertise in repairing all types of vehicles and equipment through inspection and servicing of all vehicles, holding performance testing and replacing or repairing defective vehicle components, diagnose of operational issues and complying with provincial requirements.

- Thoroughly inspecting vehicles and equipment and detecting any malfunctions or damages and performing repairs or replacements as needed using proper tools and equipment
- Placing orders for necessary spare parts and ensuring the timely procurement of the same
- Diagnose problems and vehicle operation issues and recommend change of parts or any other necessary services for the vehicle
- Accurate daily maintenance records/reports and preparation of cost estimates for repairs and service requests.
- Ensuring all company vehicles and equipment are safe pass inspections and comply with provincial standards and regulations

- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers/employees.

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician-Facilities is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on and within network facilities. Specifically, required facilities maintenance will include ensuring lighting, plumbing, sanitary sewer systems, routine maintenance of structural items, and potable water facilities remains within required contractual performance and in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

- Responsible for various types of facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, sanitary sewer systems, routine maintenance of structural items, and potable water facilities. Specific activities will include, but not limited to, painting, texturing, floating, finishing, wall repairs, sheet metal repair, and carpentry work.

Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. This individual will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets (such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per standards in the contract and as directed by supervisor.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
- Must be comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts.
- Basic maintenance and repair of bridge structures and equipment rooms including portals, railings, expansion joints, doors, and painting as required.
- Repairs/maintains functionality of roadway catch basins, sumps and pumps, fire hydrants and other mechanical assets through use of shovels and other hand or power tools and equipment.
- Repairs/maintains functionality of equipment room ventilation systems
- Repairs/maintains basic electrical systems including emergency telephones, CCTV systems, electronic traffic signs, call boxes, lane signals, lighting,
