Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team on Iter site.

Reporting directly to Quality Director, the Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the TB20 Project with Ferrovial Construction and Project's procedures and requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develops and implements Project Quality Plan 
  • Assures the conformity of the activities with the applicable requirements
  • Assists Ferrovial Teams and in particular the Construction Team with the implementation of the procedures and quality plans
  • Manages and follows up the Non conformities, remedial actions and associated corrective/preventive actions
  • Ensures closure of Non conformities on time
  • Assures the compliance of the Quality Procedures by the Subcontractors
  • Keeps the Quality documents organized and up to date
  • Conducts on-site Quality Inspections 
  • Reviews and updates quality documents according to Project needs.
  • Supports the management of Nuclear Safety Requirements 
  • Develops and provides training courses (Quality & Nuclear Safety Culture)
  • Participates in audits

The candidate will be joining an Internation Nuclear Project and will work in a diverse multinational Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 1 year experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, quality control or a similar role
  • Proficient personal computer skills including MS Office and particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Good writing skills
  • English – at least B2
  • French – recommended
  • B driving licence

A Plus

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Systems
  • Knowledge of Quality requirements in the filed of Nuclear Plants
