Job Description:
- Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols for quality & environment activities. Report any issues or inconsistencies to the senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
- Quality and Environment Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
- Budgeting: Prepare initial budget estimates for quality & environment projects, gathering necessary financial data and cost information. Support in monitoring and reporting on budget performance.
- Insights and Reporting: Collect and analyze data on quality and environmental performance. Prepare reports that provide insights and highlight key metrics and progress.
- Risk Management: Support the assessment of ESG risks and opportunities within quality and environmental projects. Assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies to enhance sustainability performance.
- Quality & Environmental Management: Assist in developing and implementing quality management systems and environmental policies. Ensure these systems are effective and efficient.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and environmental performance.

About us:
North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC is one of the subsidiaries of the Ferrovial Group in the U.S. It is currently working on several projects in the U.S., including the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Projects (“NTE Projects”). The NTE Extension Project is a part of the NTE Projects, which consist of a series of major highway improvements to the critical I-820 and SH-121/183 corridor in North Tarrant County, Texas. The NTE Projects will relieve congestion, improve safety, and provide for anticipated traffic growth in one of the country’s fastest developing regions. The NTE First Project was a $1.451 billion design-build project consisting of rebuilding the existing main lanes as well as adding four toll-managed lanes, frontage roads and auxiliary lanes in the corridor between I-35 West and Industrial Boulevard. The NTE Extension Project is the next part of the NTE Projects. The construction of the original $984 million part of the project (Segment 3A) was completed by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, and the current $580.5 million part (Segment 3C) of the NTE Extension Project is presently being carried out by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC.

Quality Inspector
Summary
The position of Quality Inspector will inspect for quality the tasks and activities of production.
Responsibilities
· Implement the Quality plan.
· Conduct field Quality Assurance.
· Document QA.
· Provide records related to quality system to document control.
· Determine the disposition of all nonconformities and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
· Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.
· Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
Minimum Requirements
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility on similar construction projects.
· Experience on large highway, bridge/structures, paving, and/or utility relocation projects as a contractor.

Site Quality Engineer
Infrasolutions is looking for a Site Quality Engineer to assist the Quality Manager and Project Team in fulfilling client requirements and following established quality procedures.
Responsibilities
- Primary on‑site point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for all quality control and quality assurance matters.
- Assist the project team and site team to ensure the implementation of Right First Time.
- Assist the construction teams with the review and effective implementation of ITPs, supply chain quality plans, quality control procedures and quality improvement plans. Ensure NCRs, CARs, and observations are closed promptly and correctly.
- Conduct required site visits to factories to verify compliance of off-site manufactured products and ensure timely completion of relevant reports.
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers maintain a robust documented Quality Management System that meets the requirements of the Works Information and supports self-certification.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction elements to verify compliance and acceptance. This includes reviewing test results, tolerances, materials, workmanship, and performing visual inspections.
- Coordinate with the client to confirm benchmarking and sampling events, and ensure their timely completion.
- Maintain quality documentation and registers.
- Investigate specific quality issues on site and help resolve them.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations as needed, report findings, and apply lessons learned to drive improvements. Encourage the adoption of best practices within the business unit and share valuable insights gained from experience.
- Asist the project team in managing progressive assurance activities.
- Responsible for submitting, controlling, and managing handover packs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Civil / Building Engineering background.
- Site and factory quality inspection experience.
- Experience in precast elementsx.
- Valid CSCS card to access the site.
- Internal auditor/Lead auditor/assessor qualification.
- Knowledge of BS18001 / ISO14001 / ISO9001 management systems and their implementation.

Quality Engineer
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that Ferrovial Construction projects at Heathrow Airport meet client requirements, company procedures, and industry standards. The role promotes a Right First-Time culture and oversees quality assurance and control for site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Reporting Line: Quality Manager, Ferrovial Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Primary on‑site point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for all quality control and quality assurance matters.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and Ferrovial quality processes through regular site visits and factory acceptance testing (FAT) of off-site manufactured products.
- Plan and lead quality audits and inspections (on-site and at supplier facilities), coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and issuing findings and corrective actions promptly.
- Carry out routine construction quality inspections to confirm they meet requirements, including verifying test results, tolerances, materials, execution, and visual aspects.
- Assist the Quality Manager in establishing the Quality Verification Plan (QVP) with the client and identify which aspects of the design require verification during construction.
- Raise a non-conformance if issues arise, follow resolution steps, and record progress. Analyse trend data and report as needed.
- Review, verify and sign control records and inspections, such as site records and related documents, and ensure they are prepared, assembled, and communicated promptly.
- Support the construction team in developing the relevant quality controls, such as Inspection & Test plan (ITP) and ensure that the controls are accepted before work starts.
- Verify that all materials utilised and installed conform to the required specifications and approved before use.
- Assist with digitalising and implementing quality processes, including inspection sheets.
- Work with construction, departmental managers and document controllers to ensure quality standards are documented and properly implemented.
- Submit Health & Safety Files, Site Records, Production Certification documents and update and distribute Works Package Quality documents, including site records and testing.
- Coordinate with the client to confirm benchmarking and sampling events, and ensure their timely completion.
- Engage with the project teams and suppliers to reinforce the Quality Culture by supporting Toolbox Talks and weekly quality sessions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Background in construction Quality Control and Assurance (QC/QA).
- Knowledge of inspections, ITPs, SATs, FATs and documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in regulated environments (desirable).
- Quality management plan experience
