En Ferrovial Construcción buscamos un/a Técnico/a Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en Galicia.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de impulsar, implementar y supervisar las políticas de prevención en diferentes obras, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una sólida cultura de seguridad.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Elaborar y actualizar los Planes de Seguridad y Salud de los proyectos.

Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra para verificar el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas y correctoras.

Investigar incidentes y accidentes laborales, analizando sus causas y proponiendo medidas preventivas.

Impartir formación e información a los trabajadores sobre riesgos laborales.

Coordinar las actividades de Seguridad y Salud con equipos de obra y subcontratistas.

¿Qué buscamos?

Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar.

Objetivo del Puesto
Realizar controles tanto de personal propio y contratistas detectando en terreno actos y condiciones subestándar de instalaciones, equipos, maquinarias y herramientas, gestionando el cierre de estos oportunamente. Verificar en terreno la ejecución segura de los procedimientos de trabajo, aplicando los estándares de seguridad de la empresa, aplicando la política Stop work en caso de que sea necesario.
Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades
- Participar en las actividades de capacitación en el proyecto, como formador (ODI personal nuevo, charlas de seguridad y cursos o entrenamientos especificos) y como capacitado (cursos que la empresa indique).
- Colabora en el Plan anual de capacitación a partir de la detección de necesidades en el proyecto.
- Realizar los informes preliminares, las investigaciones de incidentes y lecciones aprendidas para revisión de su jefatura directa, mas la recopilación de la toda la documentación relacionada con el incidente.
- Realiza difusiones y sensibilizaciones del SGSSO, comunicando la política, objetivos y metas, resultados de auditorias, los estándares mínimos de seguridad y salud de la empresa, programa Safe, aplicación Miractua, Tarjeta Safe, etc.
- Capacitar al personal respecto a los procedimientos de trabajo, matrices de riesgos y medidas preventivas y verificar en terreno el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y matrices de riesgos.
- Comunicar oportunidades de mejora del sistema y darlas a conocer al Jefe directo cuando corresponda.
- Recomendar o sugerir mejoras en los documentos, actividades, condiciones de trabajo, relativos a la SSO.
- Participar en la implantación del procedimiento de control operacional en el proyecto y reportar cualquier deficiencia al jefe directo mediante informes de inspecciones y observaciones preventivas de seguridad (OPS) diarias, las cuales se deben subir a la plataforma Cority con sus respectivos cierres.
Requisitos para el puesto:
- Profesional Titulado de técnico o ingeniero en prevención de riesgos.
- Experiencia mínima 3 años en Subestaciones eléctricas y LAT.
- Contar con licencia de conducir.

Assist the leadership team with project-level monitoring, reporting, and compliance related to the Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) and the Safety Plan. Will also provide leadership on health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSE) requirements for the Project.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Set the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standard and lead by example, with the mindset of being a trusted partner – a collaborative mindset versus an enforcement mindset.
- Serve as an HSE subject matter expert for the project/site operational leadership.
- Lead, model, and coach proper techniques for conducting Job Safety Analysis USA) Crew Meetings, weekly safety meetings/toolbox talks, and safety stand-down lessons learned reviews.
- Conduct worksite HSE jobsite observations to ensure compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations and company, project, and site requirements.
- Use mentoring and coaching techniques to correct HSEissues and hold crucial conversations with operations and HSE leaders when deficiencies aren't appropriately corrected. Ensure jobsite observations are documented in the company-specified safety management system.
- Assist in developing and update the Project or Site-Specific HSE Plan, ensuring applicable corporate HSE policy and procedural changes and appropriate lessons learned and corrective actions are incorporated.
- Assist in developing task/situation-specific Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and JSA documents.
- Assist in developing and conduct HSE training and meetings, ensuring the required information is entered into the learning management system.
- Assist in investigating and analyze good catches, close calls, and incidents, determining root causes, contributing factors, and developing and communicating lessons learned through incident reports and weekly safety meetings. These must be documented in the company-specified safety management system.

- Provide emergency care evaluation and first aid, when required, ensure injured worker is medically evaluated and treated, if needed, and oversee case management follow-up as it relates to the return to work and restricted duty programs.

- Possess or be working toward a professional HSE credential, such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, or OHST.
- Valid driver's license with an exemplary driving record.

Job Description:
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the process of ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulatory operational requirements, environmental permit conditions, and project specific safety requirements for the Port Miami Tunnel. This role provides direct support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager with project-level monitoring, reporting and compliance related to the Quality Management Plan (QMP), Safety and Environmental programs, regulatory reporting, and training.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The HSEQ Professional will work in conjunction and support the HSEQ Manager in:
• Developing and implementing innovative HSEQ programs and strategies and in maintaining compliance to OSHA and environmental standards along with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Implementing the Port Miami Tunnel HSEQ initiatives, performing process and regulatory gap analysis, and in developing key performance indicators and metrics.
• The development and implementation of general safety policies, programs, procedures, delivering trainings and updating training matrices to maintain compliance.
• Conducting random HSEQ observations and process quality audits during regular operations and selected tunnel closures to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal Safety and Environmental regulations and company, project, and site requirements.
• Assisting in the execution of site COVID-19 protocols.
• Performing and/or coordinating regulated, scheduled and unscheduled Environment, Health and Safety inspections including, but not limited to: hazardous waste areas, satellite waste areas, safety showers and eyewashes, fire extinguishers, fire suppression system, fall protection equipment, confined spaces, powered industrial trucks, etc.
• Setting requirements for the management of the site’s hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Actively participating as amember of the site Safety Committee, the Hurricane Emergency Response (HER) Team and the Florida Life Safety Committee (FLSC).
• Improving the new employee orientation programs and contractor safety inductions in collaboration with the closure supervisor.
• Collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams to effectively implement assignments, as well as to monitor Contractor’s Safety and Health Programs, Job Hazard Analysis, and Project specific Safety and Quality Plans.
• Supporting the implementation of Corporate programs at the project site.
• Implementing and coaching others in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safety meetings, safety stand-downs and lessons learned reviews.
• Supporting the facilitation of crucial conversations with operations and HSEQ leaders when deficiencies are not appropriately corrected. Ensure jobsite observations are documented in the company-specified safety management system.
• Assisting in the investigation and analysis of good catches, close calls/near misses, and incidents.
• Collaborating with the Port Miami Tunnel team to determine root causes, contributing factors, and developing and communicating lessons learned through incident reports and safety meetings.
• Providing subject matter expert support under the direction of the HSEQ Manager to Operations and Maintenance.
• Providing emergency care evaluation and first aid, when required, ensure injured worker is medically evaluated and treated (if needed), facilitating the coordination of post incident drug and alcohol testing, and assisting the HSEQ Manager in overseeing return to work and restricted duty programs.
• Collaborating with planning/procurement in the specification of appropriate PPE and first aid supplies.
• Monitoring site performance to ensuring compliance and sustainability of the site’s Quality Management Systems.
• Assisting in interpreting laboratory sampling results and preparing regulatory reports.
• Coordinating and implementing QC standards, policies, process standards, initiatives, performing scheduled internal/external audits, quality reviews and approvals to ensure the application of QHSE standards and ensuring the documents are accurate and consistent.
• Implementing sustainable corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPAs) and in verification of effectiveness and sustainability.
• Ensuring the continuous improvement to quality and safety processes, policies and systems and participates in the development and implementation of short- and long-term site continuous improvement HSESQ strategic plans.
• Performing other tasks and duties, as required and assigned by the HSEQ Manager and other Project Management.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge
• Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant federal, state/provincial, local, company, and client HSEQ standards.
• Must be knowledgeable of general industry OSHA 29 CFR 1910, 40 CFR and 49 CFR requirements with subject matter expertise in the following: Fall protection, Control of Hazardous Energy, Power Industrial Trucks, Electrical Safety, Machine guard, Confined Spaces, Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Prevention, Spill response, Respiratory Protection, Air quality instrumentation.
• Must be knowledgeable on environmental requirements for: Environmental permitting, Industrial waste, storm water, air pollution controls, above ground tanks, hazardous waste management, HAZWOPER.
• Must be familiar with CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention.
Communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must have good presentation skills with the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to different types of audiences at all organizational levels, such as field employees, managers, executives, and clients.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships with the client and at all levels of the organization

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in occupational safety and Health, Engineering, or related field (Required).
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience and technical expertise in a Health, Safety, Environmental Compliance and at least three (3) years’ experience with Quality Control Management Systems/ Quality Assurance.
• Hazwoper certification (required).
• Experience in conducting audits and in the management of the internal audit processes.
• Must obtain the following within three to six (3-6) months of hire: OSHA 10-hour, Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification, National Incident Management System (NIMS) training.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para integrarse en nuestro equipo de edificación en Madrid. Será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa de seguridad y salud en las obras, promoviendo una cultura preventiva y minimizando riesgos.
Funciones:
* Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en las obras de edificación asignadas.
* Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra para detectar condiciones inseguras y actos subestándar, proponiendo medidas correctoras.
* Investigar los accidentes e incidentes laborales, determinando sus causas y proponiendo acciones preventivas para evitar su repetición.
* Asesorar a la dirección de obra y al personal sobre las normativas de prevención de riesgos laborales y buenas prácticas.
* Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de la evaluación de riesgos, así como en la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
* Impartir formación e información a los trabajadores sobre seguridad y salud en el puesto de trabajo.
* Coordinar actividades empresariales (CAE) con subcontratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones en materia de PRL.
* Gestionar la documentación de prevención de riesgos laborales (permisos de trabajo, registros, etc.).

Requisitos:
* Titulación Universitaria (Ingeniería, Arquitectura, etc.) y Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades (Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada).
* Experiencia deseable de 1-3 años como Técnico/a Superior de PRL en obras de edificación, preferiblemente en grandes proyectos.

* Capacidad para identificar, evaluar y controlar riesgos laborales específicos del sector de la construcción.

Desde Ferrovial Construcción precisamos incorporar un Técnico/a PRL para nuestros proyectos de Obra Civil en la Dirección Centro y Ferrocarriles con Base en Madrid.
MISIÓN:
Dirigir, planificar, organizar y controlar los procesos, procedimientos, instructivos y actividades relacionados con la gestión de la calidad del proyecto, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de sus estándares y normas, así como, asegurar la calidad de las obras y los procesos analizando y diseñando planes de mejora de las no conformidades detectadas.
FUNCIONES:
-Implantación de Planes de Seguridad y Salud y controlar la eficacia de las medidas previstas en obra.
-Elaborar Anexos y Procedimientos de Trabajo.
-Asesorar e impulsar la implantación del Sistema de Gestión Preventivo de la empresa, comprobando su efectividad y cumplimiento.
-Realizar controles periódicos de las condiciones de trabajo en obra.
-Realizar según el Art.19 de la Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales dentro de sus competencias así como charlas informativas.
-Investigar y reportar los incidentes y accidentes generando los informes necesarios.
-Realizar o gestionar evaluaciones y mediciones higiénicas y ergonómicas.
-Asesorar a la línea de producción en materia de Seguridad y Salud.
-Colaborar en la revisión de la documentación de las empresas subcontratistas.
REQUISITOS:
-Máster Oficial en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (en las tres especialidades).
-Experiencia: 3 años en puestos similares al solicitado.
-Carnet de conducir.
-Disponibilidad de desplazamiento por el territorio nacional.
