Position Summary
Performs duties of applying pesticides and herbicides.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides and larvicide packets
- Maintain clean vehicle, and monitor vehicle needs (oil, gasoline levels, tire pressure, etc…)
- Insure proper oil to gas ratio in gas cans
- Maintain and document all receipts for gas purchases
- Ensure security of all work related equipment
- Provide accurate invoices for customers
- Ensure customers receive lawn application signs
- Ensure the safety of people and wildlife in proximity to chemical application
- Help maintain customer expectations
- Always wear proper protective clothing
- Work independently and work as a team
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of equipment, materials and supplies used in grounds and right of way maintenance.
- Knowledge of pesticides/herbicide sprays and safety measures used in the control of pests.
- Knowledge of environmental conditions appropriate for pesticide applications.
- Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions with client and coworkers
- Ability to maintain detailed records of product application (fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide)

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and a good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
- Possess a current Florida Department of Agriculture Commercial Applicator’s license with the categories of licensure in Right-of-Way Pest Control, Herbicide and Aquatic Pest Control.
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
- Capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear full protection gear while applications occur
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Required to be available for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary
Provides leadership, direct and indirect supervision of maintenance crews while performing daily work activities of maintaining contracted assets. Responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. This individual will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets (such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) per standards in the contract and as directed by supervisor.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Trains, directs and coordinates the work of crews to perform maintenance activities based upon local work-plan through consultation with Zone Superintendent in compliance with company safety rules and safe practices.
- Assists in making recommendations by monitoring employee performance for coaching, rewards and disciplining employees to address complaints and resolve problems.
- Directs and coordinates local emergency response and responds as needed to road closures or incidents.
- Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
- Must be comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts.
- Basic maintenance and repair of structures and equipment rooms including portals, railings, expansion joints, doors, and painting as required.
- Repairs/maintains functionality of roadway catch basins, sumps and pumps, fire hydrants and other mechanical assets through use of shovels and other hand or power tools and equipment.
- Repairs/maintains functionality equipment room ventilation systems
- Repairs/maintains basic electrical systems including emergency telephones, CCTV systems, electronic traffic signs, call boxes, lane signals, lighting,
- Transports crew and equipment to work sites operating vehicle large trucks and specialized motor vehicles and trailers.
- Required to be available for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, working with concrete and asphalt.
- Creates safe traffic control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
- Maintains clean appearance of highways and medians through litter and debris removal and disposal (may use litter claw or other device)
- Repairs/maintains functionality of slopes, berms, culverts, drains, etc. through use of shovels and other hand or power tools and equipment
- Controls vegetation appearance and growth through use of lawn mowing equipment, hand or power trimmers, and chemical sprayers and other methods
- Maintains the appearance and functionality of signs, guardrails, fence, and lighting through repair and/or replacement using hand or power tools.
- Keep roadways free of debris including ice and snow by using snow removal and/or sanding equipment
- Transports crew and equipment to work sites operating vehicle pickup trucks and specialized motor vehicles
- Required to be available and accessible for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary
Plans, coordinates, and participates in the electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on movable bridges, including roadway and navigational lighting and fender systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates & participates in the electrical maintenance & repair of movable bridges and roadway lighting.
- Installs, maintains and repairs wiring, electrical circuits, switches, relays, resistors, contactors, lighting, motors, generators, surge arrestors, breaker, fuses, PCL, control circuits, drives, and related mechanical & hydraulic equipment.
- Trouble shoots and repairs bridge malfunctions.
- Perform Must be comfortable working from heights in bucket trucks, snooper trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts.
- s routine bridge maintenance including, cleaning contacts, lamp replacement, limit switch, adjustment/ replacement and keeping the bridge electrical systems organized and properly working.
- Perform routine maintenance and service Air Condition Units.
- Perform monthly Amperage and Megger Ohm reading on electrical motors. Maintains bridge street, navigational, traffic signal & advanced warning lighting.
- Respond 24-hour aday 365 daysperyearfor after houremergency callsnecessitatedby accidents or bridge malfunctions. Coordinates after hour emergency repairs withsupervisor.
- Performs scheduled maintenance of bridge components to ensure continuous bridge operations. Maintains span locks and traffic gates.
- Completes monthly maintenance logs and reports.
- Assists Professional Engineers in their annual inspection of the movable bridge electrical & mechanical systems.

Position Summary
Responsible for the efficient and safe workings of the traffic flow through the roadways and tunnels, including the coordination and management of complex tunnel safety systems in response to incidents and Emergencies from the Tunnel Control Centers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, effective and efficient ongoing traffic operations, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), incident response, and maintenance access of the Tunnel
- Coordinate detection, assessment, and verification of incidents and emergencies
- Provide accurate incident notification/dispatch to IRC and 911 dispatch communications
- Communicate and transmit real-time traffic information to the TMC regarding any incidents or emergencies upon occurrence and coordinate the response of other supporting emergency agencies
- Initiate appropriate action per the incident response protocol including operation of life safety systems and coordinated response to on-road incidents with incident response personnel and external Agencies in accordance with approved IMP's
- Monitor roadway surface to ensure the tunnel is free from hazards and debris
- Perform security monitoring of tunnel and equipment regularly
- Participate in testing of TSI critical operational systems and tunnel emergency drills
- Develop and maintain an expert working knowledge of the tunnel SCADA and TSCS control systems, including their criticality in performance monitoring, data accuracy, and availability metrics
- Participate in frequent training opportunities including induction, cross skilling, toolbox, and NIMS
- Keep work environment free of distractions
- Participate in control room shift handover at end of every shift
- Provide feedback on opportunities for implementing Better Way and Continuous Improvement
- Assist with logging subcontractor and approved visitor access to the Project via the Tunnel Operations Center.

- Must be able to observe safety requirements in the workplace. Must be able to think clearly and focus on your safety in your immediate surroundings, while using tools and equipment, driving, or operating equipment. Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to the tasks per site policy.
- Comfortable with the frequent use of communication equipment, i.e. two-way radios and landline telephones
- Comfortable with entering real-time data via computers
- Comfortable in the operation, control, viewing, and interpretation of static screen displays and video systems displaying real-time information, images, and events at variable distances

Position Summary
Will provide program processes and oversight for permit coordination, review, tracking and compliance monitoring., Site visits of proposed projects, final inspections and closeout, attendance at pre-construction meetings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Webber Permit Processing Program.
- Field inspections of utility, access, special use, drainage, house moving, road closure and landscaping permits during and after the construction to determine whether work is being performed in compliance with contract plans and specifications. .
- Act as a representative in providing information to FDOT regarding policy concerning permits when requested. Coordinate and handle problems that may occur between Permittee, the public, utility companies and FDOT. This position requires frequent contact with the public, FDOT, permittee, and contractors.
- Serve as subject matter consultant to staff in the review of permitted plans and specifications, throughout permit lifecycle. This involves reviewing the approved permit package and plan set and understanding current FDOT Specs.
- Make daily field reviews of assigned permits to determine compliance with approved permit plan. Conduct pre-construction conferences prior to any work start for work-initiated permits.
- Conduct weekly meetings with project manager to summarize, permit status and findings. These meetings shall include but not limited to the following: Number of permit applications received by type for the subject week; current and outstanding issues impacting the open permits, and any pertinent communications with FDOT.
- Present and ready for work every workday on time.
- Is available for afterhours calls and reviews pertaining to permit issues that may arise.
- Identifies opportunities for changes and improvements in work methods, processes, efficiency and cost reduction.

About us:
In 2016, the Commonwealth of Virginia selected a Cintra-led consortium to finance, design, build, operate and maintain the express lanes on Interstate 66 Outside the Beltway. The project will transform this critical Northern Virginia artery to relieve congestion, improve safety and provide more predictable travel times. The project corridor extends approximately 22 miles along Interstate 66 from the Capital Beltway (I-495) to Gainesville (US Route 29). Once completed, the project will include three toll-free general-purpose lanes in each direction and two express lanes in each direction with a state-of-the-art open-road electronic toll collection system. Expanded transit service, park-and-ride lots and interchange enhancements will further improve travel along I-66. The project will also connect several shared use paths to create more multimodal options. As an innovative and efficient public-private partnership, this project will be completed at a $2.5 billion net savings for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Job Description:
Summary: The Traffic Management Center (TMC) Operator is responsible for monitoring the roadways including detecting, confirming, updating, and responding to scheduled and unscheduled traffic incidents, congestion, and monitoring of dynamic toll pricing on the I-66 Managed Lanes Project. The operator position serves as the eyes and ears of detection and management for all activities being handled by the TMC.
Functions key to success:
· Serve as the point of contact for third parties requiring assistance on the I-66 Express Lanes Project (general public, VDOT, VDOT TMC, emergency responders, etc.), and dispatching incident support.
· Monitor CCTV from within the Traffic Management Center (TMC) and dispatch support personnel to remove abandoned vehicles, assist stranded motorists, and provide incident management support in a timely and efficient manner.
· Maintain an accurate record of events and input data into TMC systems correctly.
· Maintain multi-agency and public communications via various channels.
· Provide real-time status of ongoing Traffic Management Center activities.
· Maintain work orders for ITS equipment and log status updates.
· Perform routine equipment status checks and monitor equipment for potential operational problems.
· Monitor, verify, and respond to all planned and unplanned activities impacting traffic flow and/or motorist safety.
· Complete all duties and tasks assigned during the shift.
· Document response and clearance times and other relevant information relating to incidents.

Overview:
Installs pumps, blowers, and specialty equipment specifically for Water and Wastewater. Installs concrete, clay, steel, ductile iron, plastic, corrugated pipe and any other type of pipe for storm drainage, water lines, gas lines and sanitary sewer lines. Lays underground communication and electrical ducts. May install and set electrical ground boxes, hand holes, manholes, inlets and other structures. Caulks joints, makes threaded and flanged connections. Installs valves and other accessories. Performs other related duties.
Job Duties
- Install pumps, blowers, clarifier equipment, headworks, including automated and manual screens, and MBR equipment.
- Installs concrete, clay, steel, ductile iron, plastic, corrugated pipe and any other type of pipe for storm drainage, water lines, gas lines and sanitary sewer lines.
- Lays underground communication and electrical ducts.
- Installs valves and other accessories.
- Ability to do neat work, plumb and level
- Installing miscellaneous metals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
- 3+ years' experience as a pipelayer
- Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
- Move throughout a construction jobsite which includes minor obstacles including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
- Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind

Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for maintaining contracted assets (roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, fences, bridges, tunnels, vegetation, etc.) through operation/use of heavy equipment, particularly during seasonal needs (i.e. snow plow operations), and any other needs per the contract requirements. This position requires a highly developed sense of safety awareness and perceptive ability. You must have the ability to recognize hazards inherent in routine and non-routine tasks and make adjustments to avoid loss, injury or accident. You must be able to communicate with co-workers safety instructions. You must be able to think clearly and focus on your safety in your immediate surroundings, while using tools and equipment, while driving or operating equipment. You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to your job.
We are seeking Snow Plow / Seasonal Equipment Operators for the seasonal time period of October – thru – April.
We offer competitive pay and other seasonal benefits. The pay range for this position is $30–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note a minimum of a DZ license is required for this job!

Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables
For Winter Season – Removal of snow and ice by using snow removal and/or sanding equipment, including salting and other seasonal maintenance on roads, bridges, etc.
For Summer Season – this role will maintain and repair highway and other surfaces including signs, guardrails, fence, lighting, potholes, striping, adding or replacing reflectors, litter and debris removal
