What You Will Do:

Proactively supervise in a safe, effective, and efficient manner all Tunnel Control Room and Incident Response operations and staff with the goal of meeting contract requirements, and client expectations.

Assist the Operations Manager and project management as required to ensure the successful delivery of contract obligations

Supervise Tunnel Operators in the detection, reporting, assessment, verification and documentation of incident and emergency responses including dispatches to Incident Response Crew and 911 dispatch

Supervise and train Tunnel Operators in the communication and transmitting of real-time traffic information/incidents/emergencies to the TMC and coordinate the response of other supporting emergency agencies

Supervise and train Tunnel Operators on initiating appropriate actions per the incident response protocol including the operation of life safety systems and coordination of on-road incident response by IRC personnel and external agencies

Supervise, lead and train Incident Response Crews on incident response procedures and requirements

Perform security monitoring of tunnel and equipment

Coordinating, tracking, scheduling and documenting of training for Tunnel Control Room and Incident Response staff

24/7 On-call availability for all Operation related emergencies, events, or issues

Required availability prior to and after a hurricane

Responsible for completing the Operations section of the monthly Operations and Maintenance report

Supervise, lead, and train Tunnel Operators and Incident Response Teams in the performance of their duties and responsibilities

Supervise and assist the Lead IRC Tech in all matters related to the Incident Response Team

Perform in-depth review of POMT SCADA history logs for all incidents

Review the Daily Shift Log for accuracy and clarity

Position Summary
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing fleet-related documentation, and optimizing fleet efficiency. The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and the operations team to ensure that the fleet runs smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure that all fleet vehicles comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations, including safety standards, licensing, and insurance requirements
- Ensure that all operators are following and reporting Hours of Service in accordance with local, provincial and federal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and incident reports. Ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Monitor mechanic productivity, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and recorded in the Garage Management Software.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure productivity by utilizing Garage management software.
- Plan and prioritize repairs and documentation to meet contractual obligations.
- Liaise with service providers, such as mechanics, towing services, and vehicle rental companies, to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Coordinate the scheduling of vehicles for various departments, ensuring the optimal use of the fleet and minimizing downtime.
- Review and negotiate repair / parts quotes.
- Reinforce safety protocols and procedures for mechanics, drivers and vehicles.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and expenses for management review
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of heavy fleet, equipment and salt spreader systems an asset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be highly organized individual that is details driven.
- Have the ability to identify procedural deficiencies and implement corrective actions/solutions.
- Able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a thorough understanding of current Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) policies and requirements.
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
Education & Experience
- Experience in fleet maintenance, repair facility management (preferred)
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized training in Fleet or Maintenance
- Valid driver's license required and a good driving record to drive company vehicle.

- Must be able to work in an open office environment where noise level is low – to moderate
- Must be able to work basic office equipment, such as laptops, keyboards, scanners/copiers, including packing, lifting and moving Fleet files when and if needed.

The Fixed Asset and Lease Accountant is responsible for maintaining and tracking equipment registers for fixed assets and leases, as well as managing the cash application process for third-party collections across the entire Infrastructure Management division. Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
The Field Engineer provides support to the Project Engineer, Project Manager and Superintendent. The support goals include production tracking, operational planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking project data on energy construction projects.
What You Will Do:

Collaborating with all project staff to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in the field operations.

Developing, maintaining, and reporting the daily quantities installed and performed.

Analyzing and comparing budgeted vs actual production rates and yield in materials.

Assisting in ensuring that field work is being constructed within project standards and specifications.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or something similar

Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications

Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
