Summary: The Senior Traffic & Revenue Engineer is an advanced professional role responsible for leading the analysis and forecasting of traffic and revenue data. Traffic & Revenue Studies

Take ownership of a variety of spreadsheet-based models used to forecast traffic and revenue for existing and potential managed lane and toll road projects.

Prepare strategic memos and presentations for senior leadership on the concessions

Prepare periodic reports summarizing the findings of analyses conducted on traffic, revenue and economic conditions of Cintra’s North American concession companies.

Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations to ensure the standards of the contract are met in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner. The Project Superintendent holds overall responsibility for operations and maintenance of the project. Verifies work, interprets the contract, and gives direction and advice on schedules and subcontractor work to the Zone Superintendents. The Project Superintendent works in collaboration with the Project Manager to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of a services plan consistent with the identified needs of the client and the contract.
Responsibilities

Manages his or her Zone Superintendents to ensure completion of condition assessment of pavements, signs, guardrails, bridges, vegetation, tunnels, and other contract requirements.

Directs and advises their Zone Supers. To determine the best approach (self-performance or subcontract) for bringing assets into contract compliance considering cost, timeliness, and efficiency. Sources and qualifies new subcontractors.

Monitors operational and financial performance, conducts operational and financial analysis, and prepares performance information and recommendations for incorporation into the periodic reports to management.

Serves as technical advisor to their Zone Supers and Sub Contractors.

Reviews work schedules received from Zone Supers checking budgets, timelines and safe operations once approved briefs PM. on scheduled work.

Inspects in-process and reviews completed work with QC. to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Acts as a communication link between the Project Manager and operations personnel.

Ensures direct reports are actively supervising, scheduling, and evaluating personnel. Coach direct reports on management techniques.

Obtains, inspects, and controls fleet (maintenance, fuel cards, etc.). Manage, monitor, and controls project assets and materials.

Responsible for proper work reporting, timesheets, budgeting, and other systems. Prepares reports and correspondence as necessary. Ensures data in the MMIS is accurate.

Reviews and works with the Admin. on customer service logs and ensures correct and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

The Project Superintendent is expected to have 3-5 years of skilled trade/engineering experience including knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction methods, materials, standards, and specifications The Project Superintendent should also have at a minimum 1 yr. of successfully leading and managing people.

The Project Superintendent holds overall responsibility for operations and maintenance of the project. Verifies work, interprets the contract, and gives direction on schedules and subcontractor work. We are seeking an Office Admin to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement of company front office procedures. This role has a great balance of Receptionist & Office Administrative duties. Working closely with Webber’s administrative teams, your role is to create and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and employees, ensuring elevated levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
What You Will Do:

Point of contact to answer, route incoming calls, and take messages

Greet visitors and assist in arranging workspace, as necessary

Assist the Executive Assistants in supporting administrative needs for leadership / executives

Event planning – birthday celebrations, monthly team building, as needed

Serves as a liaison with the internal staff at all levels

Coordinate access with building property owner for employees and contractors

Coordinate with designated individuals for each corporate function to support onboarding new employees / contractors and deactivate leavers

Visitor management including, maintaining existing visitor logs and badges, and familiarity with new technology in this area

Work with team to greet candidates and transitions between interviewing personnel

Support maintaining current office configuration details / seating chart, phone lists, etc. Assist in the coordination and availability of conference rooms for meetings and events

Assure the setup of conference rooms before meetings alongside other administrative team members, to include drinks / snacks/ and catering

Maintain kitchen, mail room, and general office areas
-
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate ordering.

Keep refrigerators, kitchen and coffee bars clean and stocked with supplies.

Open and route incoming mail / packages to the appropriate persons and prepare outgoing mail including overnight courier requests.

Resolve maintenance items with the appropriate vendor as they arise.

Coordinate daily and intermittent cleaning services.

Who You Are: A Profile of Success

3+ Years proven experience as a Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
-
Must have flexibility to work hours outside normal hours as needed for special events/meetings

Proficiency with office / reception administrative systems and procedures, including latest technology in reception/visitor/office management systems

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular)

Hands on experience with front office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax machines, printers, computers)

Experience assisting leaders with expense reports

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management, as well as written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and planning skills

Minimum High School diploma: Business Administration degree preferred; additional experience in an administrative role of a large corporate office is a plus

Responsibilities:

Coordinating subcontractors in charge of equipment installation during the design, qualification, construction, and commissioning phases.

Developing the I&C program in collaboration with the Planner Officer.

Skills and Experience:

Desde Ferrovial Construcción, precisamos incorporar un Técnico de Instalaciones Mecánicas con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo en Valladolid. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la ejecución, mantenimiento y supervisión de sistemas mecánicos en diversos proyectos de construcción, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y la calidad de las instalaciones.
Funciones:
– Realizar la instalación, montaje y puesta en marcha de sistemas mecánicos (HVAC, fontanería, saneamiento, protección contra incendios, etc.) en obras industriales.
– Llevar a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones mecánicas, diagnosticando averías y ejecutando las reparaciones necesarias.
– Supervisar y coordinar los trabajos de subcontratistas en lo referente a las instalaciones mecánicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad.
– Interpretar planos, esquemas y especificaciones técnicas para la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
– Colaborar en la elaboración de informes técnicos y documentación de obra relacionada con las instalaciones.

MISIÓN
Implementar estándares, procedimientos y sistemas ambientales, facilitando y apoyando a la gerencia de línea en evaluaciones de riesgo ambiental, investigación de eventos, liderazgo en terreno y cumplimiento de compromisos legales y ambientales. Establecer relaciones con la organización para brindar acompañamiento en terreno.
FUNCIONES

Elaborar planes de gestión ambiental, implementar estándares y asesorar en el uso de herramientas, metodologías y procesos ambientales en áreas operativas y funcionales.

Extraer, analizar y reportar información ambiental para evaluar el desempeño y apoyar decisiones operacionales; participar en auditorías internas y externas.

Gestionar la reportabilidad de incidentes ambientales, asegurar el cumplimiento legal y de compromisos ambientales (RCA), e informar a la autoridad competente en tiempo y forma.

Incorporar la variable ambiental en proyectos y procesos de cambio desde etapas tempranas; planificar y coordinar acciones para cumplir obligaciones ambientales durante todo el ciclo de vida de las operaciones.

Administrar datos, plataformas y bases de datos ambientales; supervisar procesos constructivos y actividades de contratistas; gestionar proveedores y contratos del área.

Evaluar e implementar mejores prácticas y estándares en sostenibilidad; colaborar en la elaboración de procedimientos y documentos del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental.
REQUISITOS

Estudios universitarios completos en Ingeniería Ambiental y Sustentabilidad.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en cargos similares relacionados con gestión ambiental.

Experiencia en control de Subcontratos

Manejo de herramientas informáticas como Office 365 y Google Earth.

Uso de plataformas de reporte del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente: SRCA, SSA, Ventanilla Única.

Conocimiento de la norma ISO 14.001.
