The Field Engineer is the liaison between the construction site and the office and provides support to the Project Engineer and the Project Superintendent. The support goals include production tracking, operational planning, communicating, organizing, implementing, and tracking project data. About The Role
Ferrovial’s Asset Management and Process Digitalization Department, part of the Innovation Directorate, is expanding its team! Position Summary
Serves as technical engineering advisor to project staff on roadway, bridge and facility infrastructure.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with processes, procedures, and specifications regarding contractual performance standards for roadways, facilities and bridges.
- Quality assurance reviews of project subcontractors and consultant performance and provides recommendations to project staff.
- Performs quality control reviews of submitted roadway lighting, striping reflectivity, attenuator and guardrail, stormwater and bridge inspection reports.
- Determines best approach (self-performance or sub-contract) for bringing roadway, facility and bridge assets into contract compliance considering cost, timelines and efficiency.

5+ years in Site Works supervision role

Experience in the installation of instrumentation and control equipment would be a plus

Experience in the nuclear field would be a plus

Professional proficiency in spoken and written English; French is recommended

Category B driving license
