Key responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Comply with company policies and procedures, such as method statements, risk assessments and briefings to set a personal example in health, safety, quality and environmental matters
- Support the Agent as required in operating the cost management system and the production of programmes
- To manage, supervise and mentor site engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and generation of appropriate records.
- Communicate with commercial staff to ensure all records for measurement and payment purposes are prepared promptly and in appropriate form.
- Liaise with the Agent to allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary work design schemes
- Advise Agent of any potential commercial or contractual liabilities
- To manage the ordering process and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of required materials
- To manage subcontractors to ensure delivery of the required service and to comply with company policies
- To promote company values in all dealing with other employees, clients, subcontractors and other external contacts.
- To ensure daily activity briefings are prepared and delivered, and to complete a diary on a regular basis with relevant information
Key skills and experience
- Successful experience at section engineering level (on site) including civil and services

Who is NTE, NTE 35W, and LBJ?
The North Tarrant Express (NTE) was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. This Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County.
The North Tarrant Express 35W (NTE 35W) project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway at the north end of Alliance Airport. The project is operated and maintained by the Cintra-led consortium in North Texas. This project has improved mobility by adding additional road capacity through a combination of general highway lanes and continuous frontage roads, along with tolled express lanes that use variable pricing to keep traffic moving.
The LBJ Express (LBJ) is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. It is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Since opening in September 2015, the general highway lanes are realizing a 60% decrease in congestion time and a 10% increase in average speed.

Job Description:
The Senior Content & Design Specialist will help spearhead our customer-centric creative strategies focused on delivering a holistic, creative view of the LBJ/NTE/NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage a combination of strategic and creative skills to deliver impactful campaigns while partnering with business leaders, elected officials, outside partners and marketing channel owners. More importantly, you will play an integral role in transforming the way that the team communicates both internally and externally, while ensuring a consistent brand message and quality.
The primary function and goal of the Senior Content & Design Specialist will be to look for unique and creative ways to communicate our company’s value factors, features and benefits (i.e. via graphic designs, digital media/website content, video promos, infographics, newsletters etc.). You will have creative autonomy to develop innovative and informative content to amplify the company’s marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic planning and creative content management & curation for marketing campaigns, while ensuring a consistent corporate brand message
- Design, implement and facilitate marketing campaigns and support corporate affairs initiatives for the LBJ, NTE & NTE 35W TEXpress Lanes (i.e. toll discount promotions and corporate social responsibility campaigns)
- Develop a content roadmap for the company’s organic social media channels and email campaigns
- Continuously optimize and improve content strategy by monitoring campaign results, analyzing KPIs and presenting analysis to leadership
- Help oversee the contractual relationship with the marketing department’s suppliers and the work produced by marketing agencies and public affairs consultants
- Coordinate with Public Affairs in the amplification of corporate media plans and events with key influencers and stakeholders across the transportation industry
- Create promotional content materials for the company’s digital marketing media channels, website, print collateral, video promos etc
- (Advanced graphic design, videography and photography skills mandatory)
- Support marketing and communication efforts with third party stakeholders (i.e. NTTA, TxDOT, NCTCOG etc.)

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Professional Qualities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with creating content via videography and photography tools at a corporate level a plus (i.e. Adobe Premiere, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with editing website content, signup webforms, landing pages via a content management system is a plus but not mandatory (i.e. WordPress)
- Experience with monitoring & publishing on social media channels and/or direct private messages (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout, Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn/Instagram)
- Experience working with project management tools is a plus but not mandatory (i.e. Jira, Asana)
- Ability to learn new software, systems and procedures as needed

Job Description:
Summary: The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a key role in the financial and performance oversight and optimization of the portfolio, in constant interaction with the Business Management and Headquarters teams, with a strong focus on value creation and proactive monitoring. Responsible for supporting the Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, in this position, you will participate in the financial workstreams of the North America portfolio either in a ‘service provider/consultant’ or ‘asset monitoring’ role, as applicable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Financial and performance oversight and optimization of the North America region portfolio of assets supporting the Management Team. This entails leading with an extremely proactive approach the assets performance, including operational benchmarking and financial modelling reviews, to propose, lead and coordinate value creating initiatives for Cintra and its affiliates.
- Project management and/or ad-hoc analysis of country or global initiatives that require business and finance team coordination in relation to any financial, accounting, tax and business process with a value creation, simplicity, and cost-effectiveness focus.
- Collaboration with the corporate teams of Cintra and Ferrovial (M&A, Corporate Finance & Project Finance, Treasury, ESG, Innovation, etc.) building a vendor business case, improving the financing, tax, and accounting performance of the portfolio.
- Support the company reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, audit coordination and financial compliance processes interacting with the CEO, COO and CFOs of the affiliates.
- Detailed review of month-end financials and related financial analysis of the corresponding affiliates.
- Frequent interaction with the Finance teams of the affiliates to ensure high-quality standards and best practice sharing with the best leverage of systems and resources.

Who is NTE, NTE 35W, and LBJ?
The North Tarrant Express (NTE) was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. This Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County.
The North Tarrant Express 35W (NTE 35W) project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway at the north end of Alliance Airport. The project is operated and maintained by the Cintra-led consortium in North Texas. This project has improved mobility by adding additional road capacity through a combination of general highway lanes and continuous frontage roads, along with tolled express lanes that use variable pricing to keep traffic moving.
The LBJ Express (LBJ) is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. It is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Since opening in September 2015, the general highway lanes are realizing a 60% decrease in congestion time and a 10% increase in average speed.

The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as HR leader locally managing of all human resources systems, policies and practices including but not limited to: recruiting and staffing; performance management/improvement processes; employment and compliance to regulatory requirements; development and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; and employee safety. Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health – Building Services Design Engineer
Project: Heathrow
The Building Services Design Engineer will perform activities related to the management of the MEP design process in the project(s). Reporting directly to the Design Manager, the Design Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager, and liaise with the Client, Design Consultants, Subcontractors and relevant stakeholders in all matters related to MEP Design and Engineering.
The DE will ensure design is delivered on time and on budget, and comply with the required Quality, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and Sustainability standards and requirements. The DE will support the DM in managing the design Contract, including design changes, design interfaces, risks and opportunities.
The candidate shall also be open minded and proactive to explore additional uses of the tools and technologies available in the market with the aim of bringing innovation to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety targets in accordance with company policy
- Tendering design packages from project briefs received by the Client – understand scope and negotiate offers upstream and downstream
