Gestión técnica para el mantenimiento de instalaciones eléctricas (AT/BT), de climatización y calefacción de grandes infraestructuras, alumbrado público y fotovoltaica de autoconsumo.

Buscamos un Jefe de Producción Edificación con experiencia para liderar y supervisar todos los aspectos de la producción de proyectos de edificación en la región de Vigo, asegurando la calidad, el cumplimiento de plazos y la optimización de recursos.

Funciones:

* Planificar, organizar y controlar las actividades diarias de producción en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento del cronograma, presupuesto y especificaciones técnicas.
* Supervisar y coordinar los equipos de trabajo, subcontratistas y proveedores, garantizando la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y calidad.
* Realizar el seguimiento y control de costes, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

Job Description:

Project Controls Manager

We are recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to support the HS2 Track infrastructure project. Track is currently at an early design stage and running in parallel with the completion of the main works contracts. The track team will be ready to mobilise as soon as the civil works are complete and will operate under a collaborative Rail Systems Alliance structure, designed to manage interfaces and resolve any program conflicts. Project members will work together on design, access, resources, and logistics to achieve shared goals for cost and schedule.

Location: You will be based in London and may be required at times to travel to Birmingham.

Role responsibilities

• Lead the development of project schedules and budgets, including monitoring progress against both to ensure delivery milestones and cost targets are met.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly project performance reports, ensuring they meet internal governance standards and external reporting requirements.
• Perform and oversee Earned Value Analysis and prepare related reports.
• Oversee the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators in collaboration with the Contractor.
• Maintain project documentation including change logs, risk registers, and cost reports.
• Define and oversee the requirements for resource-loaded schedules, ensuring they are accurate and support effective project planning and control.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project information.
• Ensure project data is accurately recorded in project management systems.
• Provide leadership and analytical support to the project controls team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Controls Manager on medium / large-scale projects, with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality project controls outputs.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles (EVM, project planning and risk management concepts).
• Experience delivering project controls on NEC3 / NEC4 contracts, with a strong understanding of contractual requirements.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.
• Ability to deliver timely high-quality reports.
• Taking initiative and approaching challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to build positive relationships and liaise with a number of different stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar software.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related qualification or NVQ equivalent level (desirable)

Job Description Summary

Ferrovial is hiring a proactive, solutions‑driven professional to support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of its HR technology ecosystem. Our company uses Workday as the core platform for all HR processes, including Payroll, which we have recently deployed for the USA and Canada. This role will play a key part in developing solutions for more than 5,000 employees across 26 companies.

This is a dynamic and high‑impact position. It requires strong judgment, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a passion for problem‑solving. Rather than executing a routine set of tasks, this position will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to analyze challenges, design solutions, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our Workday landscape.

This is an on-site position which is based in Texas with an office in either The Woodlands or Austin. The hiring preference is for applicants who can work onsite in The Woodlands, TX.

Job Description

• Develop, modify, and schedule Workday Reports related to HCM, Payroll, Time, Compensation, and similar areas. Create and maintain Calculated Fields of all types. Review Primary Business Objects and Related Business Objects in order to return key fields which are not included within PBOs. Develop fields and reports which include International Assignees.
• Review Security permissions for Data Items and ensure that report consumers are able to access report fields.
• Develop, troubleshoot, schedule, and monitor integrations between Workday and other systems including SharePoint, SFTP, and Benefits Carriers.
• Use Copilot or Claude to facilitate rapid improvements to common business problems and enhance the Workday solution.
• Follow internal controls for Change Management which starts with gathering requirements, getting approval, developing in non-Production Tenant, testing & obtaining evidences, receiving final approval, then deploying into Production.
• Support end-users with HCM troubleshooting with Business Processes, developing reports, testing integrations, and responding to general inquiries related to Workday.
• Maintain a organized notes, track progress, retain and update reference documentation, and manage priorities. Tasks must be prioritized and solved by the deadline, and ongoing progress must be communicated with stakeholders.
• Review semi-annual Workday Release notes and suggest actions to ensure parity with current processes. If any release updates cause issues, these must be communicated and collaboratively evaluated for risk mitigation.
• Collaborate proactively with end-users, managers, and cross‑functional teams, delivering accurate solutions within agreed timelines and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Application Management Service providers.
• Maintain trust with coworkers, managers, and consultants. This position must protect sensitive and confidential data, applying strong security and data‑management practices.
• Adapt to a variety of business needs across organizations, countries, cultures, and languages. The team prides itself on being helpful, respectful, honest, and solution-driven.
• Use Jira to document change management and follow strict guidelines regarding changes.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de impulsar, implementar y supervisar las políticas de prevención en diferentes obras, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una sólida cultura de seguridad.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Elaborar y actualizar los Planes de Seguridad y Salud de los proyectos.

• Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra para verificar el cumplimiento de las medidas preventivas y correctoras.

• Investigar incidentes y accidentes laborales, analizando sus causas y proponiendo medidas preventivas.

• Impartir formación e información a los trabajadores sobre riesgos laborales.

• Coordinar las actividades de Seguridad y Salud con equipos de obra y subcontratistas.

• Asesorar a la dirección de obra en materia de prevención.

• Gestionar toda la documentación relacionada con Seguridad y Salud.

¿Qué buscamos?

Objetivo del Puesto

Realizar controles tanto de personal propio y contratistas detectando en terreno actos y condiciones subestándar de instalaciones, equipos, maquinarias y herramientas, gestionando el cierre de estos oportunamente. Verificar en terreno la ejecución segura de los procedimientos de trabajo, aplicando los estándares de seguridad de la empresa, aplicando la política Stop work en caso de que sea necesario.

Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades

• Participar en las actividades de capacitación en el proyecto, como formador (ODI personal nuevo, charlas de seguridad y cursos o entrenamientos especificos) y como capacitado (cursos que la empresa indique).
• Colabora en el Plan anual de capacitación a partir de la detección de necesidades en el proyecto.
• Realizar los informes preliminares, las investigaciones de incidentes y lecciones aprendidas para revisión de su jefatura directa, mas la recopilación de la toda la documentación relacionada con el incidente.
• Realiza difusiones y sensibilizaciones del SGSSO, comunicando la política, objetivos y metas, resultados de auditorias, los estándares mínimos de seguridad y salud de la empresa, programa Safe, aplicación Miractua, Tarjeta Safe, etc.
• Capacitar al personal respecto a los procedimientos de trabajo, matrices de riesgos y medidas preventivas y verificar en terreno el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y matrices de riesgos.
• Comunicar oportunidades de mejora del sistema y darlas a conocer al Jefe directo cuando corresponda.
• Recomendar o sugerir mejoras en los documentos, actividades, condiciones de trabajo, relativos a la SSO.
• Participar en la implantación del procedimiento de control operacional en el proyecto y reportar cualquier deficiencia al jefe directo mediante informes de inspecciones y observaciones preventivas de seguridad (OPS) diarias, las cuales se deben subir a la plataforma Cority con sus respectivos cierres.

Requisitos para el puesto:

• Profesional Titulado de técnico o ingeniero en prevención de riesgos.
• Experiencia mínima 3 años en Subestaciones eléctricas y LAT.
• Contar con licencia de conducir.
• Conocimientos básicos de normativa legal vigente.

Job Description:

Temporary Works Manager

Location: Lot 3 Track north – Birmingham

The Project

HS2 has appointed Ferrovial Construction / BAM Nuttall JV (FBJV) for contracts totaling almost 140 miles of track between London and the West Midlands.  Ferrovial BAM will oversee the design and construction of the HS2 track infrastructure, manage construction logistics and support the testing and commissioning phase.

The Role

We are seeking a Temporary Works Manager to join the HS2 Track infrastructure project in Birmingham during its initial design phase, running alongside the completion of the main works contracts, which is currently at their busiest stage.

Works include but are not limited to a large Infrastructure and temporary railheads. The Temporary Works Manager will lead the design of the temporary railheads and all related temporary works for the designated section of Lot 3, ensuring compliance with HS2 standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.

This role involves managing interfaces with civil works, coordinating with designers and suppliers (including slab track and switches and crossings), and overseeing input from internal Ferrovial BAM JV teams such as construction, environmental, and consents.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for ensuring that all temporary works are undertaken in accordance with the correct process, the appropriate standards and the scheme design.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the Temporary works are constructed in accordance with the design, the relevant drawings and specifications.
• To be the first point of contact between the designer and the site team for all temporary works matters.
• To ensure that those responsible for the on-site temporary works management/supervision have received the appropriate level of training.
• Responsible through the lead TWC for ensuring that subcontractors managing, controlling and constructing temporary works have appropriate and adequate procedures.
• Maintain all training records and documentation relating to TWC/TWS appointments across the project.
• Co-ordination of temporary works between the site teams, TW designers, permanent works designers, external stakeholders and other key interfaces.
• To ensure that design competency checks are undertaken in accordance with CDM regulations.
• Take part in specific production meetings where required.
• Design, Project Delivery & Planning
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery programmes for TW design.
• Ensure alignment with HS2 Works Information and technical specifications Stakeholder & Interface Management
  • Coordinate with civil engineering teams, signalling, and other railway systems contractors.
  • Manage internal interfaces at boundaries.

• Supply Chain Coordination
  • Oversee procurement and logistics for execution of the TW designs.

• Health, Safety & CDM Compliance
  • Implement CDM roles, inductions, and security protocols for all works.

• Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with design obligations and integrate supplier O&M manuals into project documentation.

Key skills and experience

• Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in design and/or engineering management, temporary works, instrumentation and monitoring, and proven track record of delivery of large infrastructure project preferably in rail projects
• Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer preferred experience.
• Experience of working in a railway environment preferred, but not essential
• Proven experience managing TW large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of railway technical standards and Works Information requirements.
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment
• Good people management experience
• Experience in managing designers

Desirable skills

• Understanding of High Speed technical standards and Works Information requirements.
• Competence in digital project management tools and BIM integration.
• Negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills for procurement processes
