Descripción del rol:

MISIÓN: 

Ejecutar las tareas necesarias para la puesta en marcha de subestaciones eléctricas de la red de transporte 400/220 kV, para RED ELECTRICA DE ESPAÑA y para el resto de compañías eléctricas, así como para Subestaciones de AT para clientes industriales, de acuerdo a los procedimientos internos (calidad, plazos, etc.) y a lo  definido en el proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo en materia de seguridad tanto de los trabajadores como de las instalaciones, con el objetivo de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento tanto a nivel técnico como de seguridad y dando respuesta a los requerimientos del cliente.

FUNCIONES: 

• Analizar y proponer soluciones a problemas o desviaciones sobre el proyecto detectadas en la obra, consensuándolas con el Responsable de Proyecto, y prestando asesoramiento técnico cuando sea necesario para cumplir con los requerimientos estipulados por el cliente en todas las fases del proyecto.

• Planificar y hacer seguimiento de la ejecución de los trabajos de puesta en marcha de instalaciones eléctricas en obra, interpretando y analizando planos y esquemas eléctricos para dirigir al equipo y velando por el cumplimiento del cronograma establecido y los procedimientos en materia de seguridad y calidad.

• Realizar ensayos y pruebas funcionales de las instalaciones (AT/MT) y de los sistemas de protección y control, elaborando los protocolos de pruebas con los resultados finales y revisando las pruebas realizadas por terceros o subcontratas.

• Planificar y ejecutar las tareas necesarias (procedimientos de energización, comprobación de magnitudes eléctricas,…) para la puesta en servicio de la instalación, proponiendo soluciones ante los problemas detectados.

• Mantener continua comunicación con el cliente para coordinar y planificar trabajos. Prestar soporte técnico ante problemas o incidencias surgidos en las instalaciones tras la puesta en marcha de las mismas.

• En colaboración con el departamento de ingeniería, definir el sistema de control y protección en nuevas instalaciones a construir.

• Elaborar documentación técnica para la realización de las configuraciones de protección y control por parte de los fabricantes de los equipos.

• Revisar ofertas de proveedores de control y protección.

REQUISITOS: 

• Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior. Valorable: Ingeniería Eléctrica

• Experiencia de 5 años en funciones similares.

• Conocimiento de plantas renovables.

• Experiencia en puestas en servicio con compañías de distribución eléctrica.

• Conocimientos técnicos en ingeniería y puesta en marcha de subestaciones de AT. Manejo de software de equipos de protección y control de los principales fabricantes.

• Inglés (B2/C1).

Job Description:

Senior Planner

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Planner to join the HS2 Track Infrastructure Project during its initial design phase. This phase will run alongside the completion of main works contracts, which are currently at their peak. The FBRS team will mobilise as soon as civil works are complete and will operate under a collaborative Rail Systems Alliance structure, designed to manage interfaces and resolve programme conflicts.

This role demands strong leadership and initiative to proactively develop and maintain realistic programmes, coordinating closely with design, supply chain, construction, and client teams.

Candidates will be based in our London office, located near Euston Station, and may be required to visit client offices in Birmingham on occasion.

Your mission as a Senior Planner:

• Develop, manage, and maintain cost- and resource-loaded Primavera P6 (Cl32) programmes, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and overall project objectives, including responsibility for the programme narrative.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, commercial leads, project controls, field engineers, and other stakeholders to gather data, assess progress, and identify risks or delays.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing accurate progress reports and highlighting critical and near-critical path activities.
• Coordinate with project controls to track and report performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and other relevant metrics.
• Support change management processes, assessing schedule impacts from variations.
• Mentor and support junior planning staff as the project expands.
• Evaluate and challenge design and supply chain programmes in line with NEC requirements.
• Generate, update, and maintain time-chainage diagrams.
• Coordinate and lead Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA).
• Develop “What-If” scenarios and reports detailing assumptions, risks, and opportunities, presenting these clearly to FBRS and client teams.
• Produce and chair collaborative planning workshops with clients, operational teams, and subcontractors.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on large-scale projects (£200m+).
• Experience in joint venture, design or alliance environments (beneficial but not essential).
• Extensive planning and scheduling experience within construction (rail systems experience desirable but not essential).
• Qualification in civil engineering or construction (HND level or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques with commercial and contractual awareness.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to develop, own, and drive programmes.
• Proficient in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project; 4D experience is advantageous). Experience with time‑location planning is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work to challenging timescales and maintain effective relationships across teams.
• Desirable: experience in Earned Value Management and knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector procurement processes.

About us:

Alamo NEX Construction, LLC is a part of the Ferrovial Group in Texas. In 2021, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) selected Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction Texas, LLC and DBW, LLC (both Ferrovial Group subsidiaries), to complete the Interstate 35 (I-35) NEX Central Project. • Position Summary

  Assist in managing the day-to-day operations to ensure the standards of the contract are met in a cost effective, safe and efficient manner. Assist in preparing and implementing asset management and maintenance programs in accordance with approved operating guidelines and budget… Ensure compliance with Webber Infrastructure Global Standards.

  Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Contract Manager to provide structure, support, administrative systems and methodologies to meet contract obligations in relation to quality, safety, environmental aspects, contractor agreements, procurement, cost control, scheduling and estimating management processes and procedures.
• Establish and leverage effective relationships with the client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly reports (OPS, HSE, Change Order Summary, Extra Work)
• Monitor deliverables schedule; Ensure legislation and regulatory compliance; Monitor daily operations to ensure contractual compliance.
• Facilitate the development of training in Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Environmental aspects & Continual Improvement requirements.
• Make recommendations to the Contract Manager to ensure that, in implementing the management system, appropriate resources and training is provided.
• Work closely with other business groups (including Asset Management, Operations, & HSE Group) within Webber Infrastructure to ensure governance and key business processes are implemented, accessible and continually improved upon to ensure best practice within the business.

Desde Ferrovial Construcción busca incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Producción con experiencia para liderar y coordinar las actividades vinculadas al contrato suscrito con ADIF para el mantenimiento de infraestructura y vía en líneas convencionales y de ancho métrico, dentro del ámbito de la Subdirección Centro. Esta posición se integra en el equipo de obra y trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Jefe/a de Obra, siendo responsable de la ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento cíclico, mantenimiento por estado y actuaciones de mejora

Descripción del rol:

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción para unirse a nuestro equipo en Zamora. El/la candidato/a ideal será responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades de producción, asegurando la eficiencia, calidad y cumplimiento de plazos en los proyectos de construcción.
 

Funciones:
* Planificar, organizar y supervisar las operaciones diarias de producción en obra.
* Gestionar y optimizar los recursos humanos, materiales y de equipo asignados al proyecto.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente establecidos por la empresa y la normativa vigente.
* Controlar los costos de producción y proponer medidas de mejora para optimizar la rentabilidad del proyecto.
* Coordinar con otros departamentos (ingeniería, planificación, calidad) para asegurar la correcta ejecución del proyecto.
* Elaborar informes de seguimiento de producción y rendimiento.
* Solucionar problemas técnicos y operativos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución de los trabajos.
* Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega y el cronograma del proyecto.
* Identificar y promover mejoras en los procesos de producción.
 

Requisitos:
* Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial o titulación afín.
* Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos similares dentro del sector de la construcción, preferiblemente en obra civil.
* Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de proyectos, planificación y control de producción.
* Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y toma de decisiones.
* Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos exigentes.
* Orientación a resultados y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
* Dominio de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, software de gestión de proyectos).
* Se valorará el conocimiento de la normativa local y regional de construcción.

Programador – Especialista primavera (P6)

• El/la Programador/a de Planificación y Control (Primavera P6) es responsable de planificar, coordinar y controlar de forma rigurosa el avance del proyecto, asegurando la integración del cronograma maestro, la coherencia entre especialidades y la disponibilidad de información confiable para decisiones oportunas. Su aporte es clave para anticipar desviaciones, gestionar la ruta crítica y generar análisis predictivos que fortalezcan la eficiencia y productividad del proyecto. El rol se desempeña en modalidad presencial, de lunes a sábado, y trabaja estrechamente con Oficina Técnica, Construcción, Ingeniería y contratistas para consolidar avances, mantener la línea base y reportar desempeño mediante métricas.

Principales responsabilidades (3 a 5)

• Desarrollar y mantener el cronograma maestro en Primavera P6, integrando hitos, dependencias y secuencias constructivas.
• Monitorear el avance real vs. planificado, identificando desviaciones relevantes y proponiendo acciones correctivas con sustento técnico.
• Coordinar con jefaturas, ingenierías y contratistas la recepción y consolidación de información para asegurar un plan actualizado y confiable.
• Elaborar reportes analíticos periódicos de desempeño (incluyendo ruta crítica, curvas S y EVM) para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Realizar análisis de impacto y simulación de escenarios ante cambios, contingencias o retrasos, resguardando la línea base y su trazabilidad.

Requisitos clave (3 a 5)

• Formación: Ingeniería Civil (cualquier especialidad) o Construcción Civil, con base sólida en planificación y control de obras.
• Experiencia: mín. 8 años en construcción (subterránea o superficial) y mín. 5 años en programación y control en terreno; ideal en megaproyectos (metro/túneles/estaciones/obras lineales).
• Herramientas: dominio avanzado de Primavera P6 (obligatorio), manejo de MS Project y Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros, Power Query).
• Certificación: acreditación formal en Primavera (certificado reconocido); se valoran certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (PMI, Lean Construction, Last Planner®).
• Conocimientos/competencias: control con indicadores EVM, gestión de riesgos programáticos, interpretación de planos/especificaciones y alta rigurosidad documental.

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the process of ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulatory operational requirements, environmental permit conditions, and project specific safety requirements for the Port Miami Tunnel. This role provides direct support to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager with project-level monitoring, reporting and compliance related to the Quality Management Plan (QMP), Safety and Environmental programs, regulatory reporting, and training.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The HSEQ Professional will work in conjunction and support the HSEQ Manager in:

• Developing and implementing innovative HSEQ programs and strategies and in maintaining compliance to OSHA and environmental standards along with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Implementing the Port Miami Tunnel HSEQ initiatives, performing process and regulatory gap analysis, and in developing key performance indicators and metrics.

• The development and implementation of general safety policies, programs, procedures, delivering trainings and updating training matrices to maintain compliance.

• Conducting random HSEQ observations and process quality audits during regular operations and selected tunnel closures to ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal Safety and Environmental regulations and company, project, and site requirements.

• Assisting in the execution of site COVID-19 protocols.

• Performing and/or coordinating regulated, scheduled and unscheduled Environment, Health and Safety inspections including, but not limited to: hazardous waste areas, satellite waste areas, safety showers and eyewashes, fire extinguishers, fire suppression system, fall protection equipment, confined spaces, powered industrial trucks, etc.

• Setting requirements for the management of the site’s hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Actively participating as amember of the site Safety Committee, the Hurricane Emergency Response (HER) Team and the Florida Life Safety Committee (FLSC).

• Improving the new employee orientation programs and contractor safety inductions in collaboration with the closure supervisor.

• Collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams to effectively implement assignments, as well as to monitor Contractor’s Safety and Health Programs, Job Hazard Analysis, and Project specific Safety and Quality Plans.

• Supporting the implementation of Corporate programs at the project site.

• Implementing and coaching others in conducting Job Safety Analysis (JSA), safety meetings, safety stand-downs and lessons learned reviews.

• Supporting the facilitation of crucial conversations with operations and HSEQ leaders when deficiencies are not appropriately corrected. Ensure jobsite observations are documented in the company-specified safety management system.

• Assisting in the investigation and analysis of good catches, close calls/near misses, and incidents.

• Collaborating with the Port Miami Tunnel team to determine root causes, contributing factors, and developing and communicating lessons learned through incident reports and safety meetings.

• Providing subject matter expert support under the direction of the HSEQ Manager to Operations and Maintenance.

• Providing emergency care evaluation and first aid, when required, ensure injured worker is medically evaluated and treated (if needed), facilitating the coordination of post incident drug and alcohol testing, and assisting the HSEQ Manager in overseeing return to work and restricted duty programs.

• Collaborating with planning/procurement in the specification of appropriate PPE and first aid supplies.

• Monitoring site performance to ensuring compliance and sustainability of the site’s Quality Management Systems.

• Assisting in interpreting laboratory sampling results and preparing regulatory reports.

• Coordinating and implementing QC standards, policies, process standards, initiatives, performing scheduled internal/external audits, quality reviews and approvals to ensure the application of QHSE standards and ensuring the documents are accurate and consistent.

• Implementing sustainable corrective actions/preventive actions (CAPAs) and in verification of effectiveness and sustainability.

• Ensuring the continuous improvement to quality and safety processes, policies and systems and participates in the development and implementation of short- and long-term site continuous improvement HSESQ strategic plans.

• Performing other tasks and duties, as required and assigned by the HSEQ Manager and other Project Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge

• Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant federal, state/provincial, local, company, and client HSEQ standards.

• Must be knowledgeable of general industry OSHA 29 CFR 1910, 40 CFR and 49 CFR requirements with subject matter expertise in the following: Fall protection, Control of Hazardous Energy, Power Industrial Trucks, Electrical Safety, Machine guard, Confined Spaces, Personal Protective Equipment, Fire Prevention, Spill response, Respiratory Protection, Air quality instrumentation.

• Must be knowledgeable on environmental requirements for: Environmental permitting, Industrial waste, storm water, air pollution controls, above ground tanks, hazardous waste management, HAZWOPER.

• Must be familiar with CDC guidelines for COVID-19 prevention.

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must have good presentation skills with the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to different types of audiences at all organizational levels, such as field employees, managers, executives, and clients.

• Must be able to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships with the client and at all levels of the organization

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to recognize hazards inherent in routine and non-routine tasks and make all necessary adjustments to avoid loss, injury, or accident, stopping the work when necessary to mitigate risk and ensure HSEQ compliance.

• Ability to take ownership of work responsibilities, maintain highest levels of confidentiality, be flexible, adaptable, and work independently with minimal supervision while meeting assigned deadlines.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals to comply with contractual requirements.

• Must be able to collaborate, troubleshoot, and problem solve with site personnel and contractors.

• Must be able to bridge gaps that may develop between corporate HSEQ expectations and the project.

• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage and organize multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, customer service focus. The customers range from the boots on the ground workers to operational and client leaders.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in occupational safety and Health, Engineering, or related field (Required).

• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience and technical expertise in a Health, Safety, Environmental Compliance and at least three (3) years’ experience with Quality Control Management Systems/ Quality Assurance.

• Hazwoper certification (required).

• Experience in conducting audits and in the management of the internal audit processes.

• Must obtain the following within three to six (3-6) months of hire: OSHA 10-hour, Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) certification, National Incident Management System (NIMS) training.

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 10-hour instructor (Desired).

• Work efficiently with Microsoft Applications.

• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands

Work Environment:

• Exposure to live traffic when responding to occupational safety incidents.

• Frequent exposure to: vehicle exhaust fumes, airborne particles, high noise level, outdoor conditions such as extreme heat, cold, wet, humid weather, insects, reptiles and rodents.

Physical Demands:

• Requires the ability to walk extensively, climb stairs, and ladders or scaffolds/platforms throughout diverse work environments as required by business demands.
