Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Edificación para FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. que supervise y coordine las obras de edificación, garantizando la correcta ejecución de los proyectos en tiempo, coste y calidad. Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, curious, and customer-focused Platform Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing tolling rewards platform that includes a customer website and iOS/Android app.
This role is responsible for ensuring the rewards platform operates efficiently by monitoring customer feedback, evaluating operational KPIs, coordinating cross-functional communication, supporting customer acquisition and engagement activities, and tracking platform enhancements and defects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has the ability to work across multiple functions including operations, customer support, product management, technology, and marketing.
This is not a software development role and not a marketing specialist role. Instead, this position serves as a key operational professional who helps ensure all aspects of the platform are performing effectively while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations

Monitor the day-to-day performance of the tolling rewards platform, including:

Monitor Zendesk support desk performance and customer service trends.

Review daily, weekly, and monthly customer support KPI’s.

Analyze support ticket data to identify root causes, recurring customer concerns, and improvement opportunities.

Develop recommendations to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and issue resolution times.

Act as a liaison between customer support and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives platform improvements.
Marketing Operations Support

Monitor customer acquisition and retention activities established by the VP of Marketing.

Manage and oversee operational use of the Iterable platform for the rewards platform.

Support execution and monitoring of:

Customer acquisition campaigns

Customer onboarding communications

Product update communications

Customer engagement campaigns

Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics and trends.

Ensure customer communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with rewards platform objectives.
Product Improvement & Issue Management

Track and classify customer-reported issues.

Prioritize and communicate enhancements and defect trends to product management.

Assist in documenting business requirements for system improvements.

Recommend process improvements and product enhancements based on customer feedback and platform analytics.

Help ensure product updates are effectively tested, communicated, and tracked.

A Survey Party Chief Hourly
Is a field worker responsible for setting up and operating specialized surveying equipment like total stations, levels, GPS devices, and data collectors to gather precise measurements of land features, property boundaries, and topography, typically working as part of a survey crew under the direction of a party chief, to collect data for various types of surveys including boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, and right-of-way surveys; this role also includes maintaining
and calibrating the equipment, recording accurate field notes, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on the job site.
Key responsibilities:
Operating Survey Equipment:
Setting up and operating various surveying instruments like total stations, levels, GPS units, and data collectors to measure distances, angles, and elevations accurately.
Field Data Collection:
Recording survey data in field notebooks and data collectors, including point descriptions, measurements, and sketches.
Survey Crew Support:
Assisting the survey crew chief in performing various survey tasks, including locating property corners, establishing control points, and performing stakeout work.
Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly checking and calibrating survey instruments to ensure accuracy, performing basic maintenance tasks, and reporting any equipment issues.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety procedures on the job site, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following proper work practices.
Typical Survey Types:
• Boundary Surveys: Determining property lines and legal boundaries.
• Topographic Surveys: Mapping the contours and features of a land surface.
• Construction Stakeout Surveys: Marking out locations for construction features on a site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

Education and Experience:

FC Civils Solutions is an engineering and construction arm of the Ferrovial Group. It is the largest private transport infrastructure operator in the world in terms of capital invested with a workforce of approximately 96,000 employees, and a presence across 15 countries with over 60 years’ experience. We are a Spanish multinational company operating in 4 divisions; Airports, Highways, Construction and Building subsidiaries. Ferrovial Construction Ltd UK has 6 major Infrastructure projects across the UK; HS2, Silvertown (STT), Heathrow (Q6), Thames Tideway (TTT), Northern Line Extension (NLE) and Farringdon.
We will look to bring turnkey building & civil solutions, as well as a provision for general construction needs to our Group’s companies’ projects within the UK. These projects span from airfield works (taxiways, runways, stands), to civils (roads, demolition works, underground and above ground structures), and MEP packages (services tunnels, lifts, life safety systems, fuel/fire mains).
The role
The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
They will deliver multiple on-going projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.
The post-holder will work closely with the Commercial Department, engineers and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management
- Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised
- Assume responsibility for delivering projects successfully
- Deliver the work safely and without environmental incidents
- Deliver the work to the specified quality without defects
- Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, management plans, in line with Company procedures
- Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks

- Maintain commercial tension to drive out cost and challenge the status quo

Key skills and experience
- Successful experience at a management engineering level in construction (on site) specifically in civil engineering and/or utilities
- Demonstrated application of growing commercial and contractual knowledge
- Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment
- Good people management experience
- Experience in managing subcontractors
- Experience in stakeholder’s management (client )
- Relationship building with external parties is a critical requirement
- Significant civil engineering technology knowledge with significant previous experience
