FERROVIAL CONSTRUCTION (UK) LIMITED is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in crafting compelling and winning proposals for complex infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Lead Author/Bid Writing services on forthcoming PQQs and Tenders (subject to timely client release of documents).
• Ensure responses are produced to a high standard and quality, taking into account the full question is being answered and the scoring criteria followed and applied.
• Ensure effective engagement with subject matter experts (SME) in relation to gathering response information/evidence and ensuring adherence to deadlines (internal and client).
• Ensure the full suite of client documents associated with the PQQ/Tender have been read and understood.
• Ensure content provided by SMEs is appropriately challenged and escalated to the appropriate person within the bid team if the SME is under delivering.
• Ensure the responses produced are optimised to score the highest marks possible.
• Working closely with bid directors, BD directors, bid managers, technical leads and field specialists to develop key messages, themes, approaches and innovative / value-added concepts
• Working with external specialists/writers and working directly with clients, if required

About the role:

​We are looking for an IT applications specialist preferably with experience in implementations of Workiva ESG or Archer GRC to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of applications for various corporate areas, such as the Legal Departments of different business units and the General Secretariat, Quality and Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Digital Area, and Internal Communication, as well as other areas of the organization. • Act as the main point of contact for the functional areas related to the applications under their responsibility.

• Define network technical evolution in coordination with Cloud, Security and Architecture and Data.
• Define and validate the evolution of Ferrovial secure communications services integrating cutting-edge technologies (SD-WAN, SD-Branch, NAC, Security, SASE, 5G, satellite …) and business needs (IoT, unified comms…)
• Manage service providers to ensure high-quality standards.

Job Description:

• Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure Ferrovial complies with regulations and best practices.
• Contract Management: Be involved in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the client once the bid proposal is accepted. Discuss and agree on aspects such as delivery schedules, payments and contractual clauses.

• Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on aspects of bid request for proposal or tender project requirements and write specifications for tenders. Perform opportunity analysis with the objective of understanding the offer and being able to present the correct documentation. Ensure that bids are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all required specifications and deadlines.
• Insights and Reporting: Gather and analyze data for insights and reporting. Prepare reports on specific aspects of bidding activities and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
• Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for bidding projects, tracking costs, and identifying potential budgetary issues. Provide input on budget adjustments and resource requirements.
• Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with Ferrovial’s policies and procedures or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.

Ferrovial Construcción busca un Ingeniero de Campo dedicado para supervisar y ejecutar proyectos de ingeniería en nuestras instalaciones de Puerto Rico. El candidato ideal será responsable de asegurar la implementación eficiente y segura de las iniciativas de infraestructura y mantenimiento.

Funciones:

* **Supervisión y Ejecución de Proyectos:** Gestionar y supervisar proyectos de ingeniería en el sitio, incluyendo construcción, mantenimiento y mejoras de infraestructura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos y presupuestos.
* **Inspección y Control de Calidad:** Realizar inspecciones regulares de obra para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, seguridad y las especificaciones del diseño.
* **Resolución de Problemas:** Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos o de construcción que surjan durante la ejecución de los proyectos.
* **Coordinación de Equipos:** Coordinar eficazmente con equipos de trabajo, contratistas y proveedores para asegurar una comunicación fluida y la correcta ejecución de las tareas.
* **Elaboración de Informes:** Preparar informes detallados sobre el progreso del proyecto, el uso de recursos y cualquier desviación significativa.
* **Cumplimiento Normativo:** Asegurar que todos los trabajos se realicen en estricto cumplimiento con las normativas locales e internacionales de construcción y seguridad.
* **Gestión de Documentación:** Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de todos los planos, especificaciones, permisos y comunicaciones del proyecto.

Requisitos:

* **Educación:** Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica o campo relacionado.
* **Experiencia:** Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia relevante como Ingeniero de Campo, preferiblemente en proyectos de infraestructura o aeropuertos.
* **Licencias/Certificaciones:** Licencia de Ingeniero Profesional válida en Puerto Rico (o capacidad para obtenerla rápidamente).
* **Habilidades Técnicas:** Sólidos conocimientos en gestión de proyectos, lectura de planos, y software de ingeniería (CAD, MS Project, etc.).
* **Idiomas:** Dominio del español e inglés (hablado y escrito) es esencial.
* **Otras Cualificaciones:**
* Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y organización.
* Disposición para trabajar en diversos entornos de campo y horarios flexibles según sea necesario.
* Conocimiento de las regulaciones y códigos de construcción aplicables en Puerto Rico.
* Habilidad para manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y priorizar tareas.

Descripción del rol:

En Ferrovial Construcción buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Producción para colaborar estrechamente con el Jefe de Obra en la ejecución de las Actuaciones de Rehabilitación del Expediente de Emergencia de ADIF, orientadas a la reparación de infraestructura, superestructura e instalaciones auxiliares afectadas en el tramo mencionado.

Funciones principales

• Planificación y coordinación de obra: Elaborar cronogramas, asignar recursos y coordinar tajos para cumplir los hitos del proyecto.

• Colaboración directa con el Jefe de Obra: Apoyar en la ejecución de las actuaciones de rehabilitación, asegurando la correcta reparación de la infraestructura y superestructura.

• Gestión de recursos y subcontratas: Supervisar la disponibilidad de materiales, equipos y personal, así como la coordinación de proveedores y subcontratistas.

• Control técnico y económico: Verificar la ejecución conforme a planos y normativa, controlar costes y proponer medidas correctivas ante desviaciones.

• Cumplimiento normativo ADIF: Garantizar la aplicación de procedimientos específicos y estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.

• Supervisión de seguridad y salud: Velar por el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en obra.

• Gestión documental: Elaborar partes diarios, informes de avance, certificaciones y documentación requerida por ADIF.

• Resolución de incidencias: Atender problemas técnicos y logísticos para minimizar impactos en plazos y costes.

Requisitos

• Titulación en Ingeniería Civil, Industrial o similar.

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en obras de construcción, preferiblemente en proyectos ferroviarios.

• Conocimiento de normativa ADIF y procedimientos de seguridad ferroviaria.

• Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y trabajo en equipo.

• Manejo avanzado de herramientas de planificación (MS Project, Primavera) y control de costes.
