Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of the Certification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Monitor and track required submissions & deliverables.
Act as a liaison between Special Inspectors, contractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on schedule to maintain alignment with key milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Strong Microsoft office Skills with Excellent analytical and communication abilities to support project coordination and reporting.

- Controlar el stock de materiales.
- Registro de facturas.
- Pagos a proveedores.
- Gestionar y colaborar con Jefe/a de Administración la documentación relacionada con la producción, elaboración de presupuestos y revisión de cierres.

- Participar en la Programación de la producción y responder por su cumplimiento en tiempo y calidad.
- Elaborar la programación semanal de las actividades relacionadas a los trabajos encomendados, proyectándolas hasta su finalización, definiendo claramente los requerimientos, en tiempo y cantidad, de Mano de Obra, Materiales, Herramientas y Equipos. Esta programación debe ser actualizada diariamente de acuerdo al avance obtenido y entregada al Jefe de Terreno.
- Responder por el cumplimiento de las actividades según la programación de los trabajos.
- Maximizar la productividad y rendimiento de las cuadrillas a su cargo.
- Asegurar y aprobar el control de las medidas y las cantidades relacionadas con las actividades encomendadas.
- Supervisar y aprobar el control diario de los equipos, herramientas y vehículos asignados a sus cuadrillas o a las labores encomendadas, y velar porque se mantengan en buen estado de operación.
- Supervisar y velar el buen uso, la eficiencia y el desempeño de los recursos asignados tanto de materiales, equipos, herramientas y mano de obra, durante la jornada laboral.
- Asistir a reuniones semanales de coordinación de obra y presentar los informes de avance de las actividades encomendadas, los inconvenientes presentados durante el desarrollo de los trabajos y los planes de acción para dar cumplimiento a los plazos y estándares del proyecto, así como informar las actividades a ser ejecutadas para la siguiente semana.

- Participar en la Programación de la producción y responder por su cumplimiento en tiempo y calidad.
- Elaborar la programación semanal de las actividades relacionadas a los trabajos encomendados, proyectándolas hasta su finalización, definiendo claramente los requerimientos, en tiempo y cantidad, de Mano de Obra, Materiales, Herramientas y Equipos. Esta programación debe ser actualizada diariamente de acuerdo al avance obtenido y entregada al Jefe de Terreno.
- Responder por el cumplimiento de las actividades según la programación de los trabajos.
- Maximizar la productividad y rendimiento de las cuadrillas a su cargo.
- Asegurar y aprobar el control de las medidas y las cantidades relacionadas con las actividades encomendadas.
- Supervisar y aprobar el control diario de los equipos, herramientas y vehículos asignados a sus cuadrillas o a las labores encomendadas, y velar porque se mantengan en buen estado de operación.
- •Supervisar y velar el buen uso, la eficiencia y el desempeño de los recursos asignados tanto de materiales, equipos, herramientas y mano de obra, durante la jornada laboral.
- Asistir a reuniones semanales de coordinación de obra y presentar los informes de avance de las actividades encomendadas, los inconvenientes presentados durante el desarrollo de los trabajos y los planes de acción para dar cumplimiento a los plazos y estándares del proyecto, así como informar las actividades a ser ejecutadas para la siguiente semana.
- Responder por la relación con las demás áreas de supervisión y dirección de la obra.
- Realizar reuniones periódicas informativas con su equipo de trabajo.
- Informar oportunamente al Jefe de Terreno cualquier eventualidad o anomalía que se presente con el personal a su cargo o dentro de su área de trabajo.

Job Description:
Summary: The Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Specialist is responsible for assisting to ensure company policies are followed, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, identifying potential hazards in the workplace, and assisting with incident investigation and corrective action implementation to eliminate nonconformities and hazards; they typically conduct regular inspections and internal audits, prepare reports for HSEQ management, and support risk identification and mitigation through proactive measures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts HSEQ related audits, inspections and gap assessments
Coordinate and attend any Quality Management review process in order to assess effectiveness of the Quality Management System making adjustments as deemed necessary
Implement, review and maintain quality procedures including audit procedures for all other departments
Proactively identify and assess potential workplace hazards and risks (including ergonomic, chemical, and physical risks) and recommend and support mitigation strategies.
Support with implementation of facility waste reduction initiatives.
Manage document control and repository activities.
Provide back-up support to night shift Safety Specialist as needed.
Assist HSE Manager with implementation of safety initiatives.
May assist with planning employee events related to HSEQ.
Assist with tracking and assigning training in KPA
Creates or assist with creation of employee training presentations.
Assist with monthly reporting requirements.
Work closely with supervisors and employees to promote a safety-first culture, addressing concerns and providing safety guidance
May perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a HSEQ role with internal auditing experience
Experience with ISO 9001 standards is preferred
