Principales Responsabilidades.
- Participar en la elaboración, actualización y mejora del Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
- Coordinar y/o realizar la Evaluación de Riesgos y la Planificación de la Actividad Preventiva, asegurando su correcta implantación y seguimiento.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal aplicable (comunitaria, estatal y autonómica), así como de los estándares internos de la compañía.
- Asesorar en la comunicación y difusión de los riesgos a los trabajadores.
- Gestionar e impartir formación en materia de PRL (artículo 19 Ley 31/1995), en coordinación con el área de Formación.
- Promover la sensibilización y cultura preventiva dentro de la organización.
- Colaborar en la revisión y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud (SGSST).
- Participar en los procesos de consulta, comunicación y participación de los empleados en materia preventiva.
- Investigar incidentes y no conformidades, elaborando informes y proponiendo medidas correctoras.
- Reportar información relevante al Servicio de Prevención para su seguimiento y análisis centralizado.
- Representar a la compañía ante organismos públicos y privados en materia de seguridad y salud (cuando aplique).
- Realizar o coordinar evaluaciones higiénicas y ergonómicas en entorno de oficina.
- Coordinar la actividad con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno y revisar los informes emitidos.
- Elaborar informes de seguimiento y reporting mediante herramientas como Power BI, Excel o Cority.
- Colaborar con el área de Contratación en la preparación de documentación preventiva para licitaciones (en español e inglés).
- Participar en auditorías internas y contribuir al mantenimiento de certificaciones (ISO 45001).
Requisitos
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o Grado equivalente.
- Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades (Seguridad, Higiene y Ergonomía/Psicosociología).
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de PRL, preferiblemente en entorno de obra.
- Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (oral y escrito).
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis y reporting (Excel, Power BI, Cority u otras)

Design Quality Control Engineer
Position Summary:
Assist the Professional Services Quality Control Manager (PSQCM) with duties to cause the methods and procedures contained in the approved Professional Services Quality Management Plan to be implemented and followed by the Design staff in the performance of the work and any other required professional services QC tasks at the project level.

Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures and quality review standards

About us:
Alamo NEX Construction, LLC is a part of the Ferrovial Group in Texas. In 2021, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) selected Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a joint venture between Ferrovial Construction Texas, LLC and DBW, LLC (both Ferrovial Group subsidiaries), to complete the Interstate 35 (I-35) NEX Central Project. This project is a $1.5 billion Texas Design-Build (DB) project through the cities of San Antonio, Live Oak, Selma, and Schertz that will consist of non-tolled improvements along I-35, I-140, and Loop 1604. The position of Field Engineer will support the Discipline Manager and coordinate the construction activities for certain construction activities of the project segment. The Field Engineer shall have the responsibility to support site administration and coordination of site operations, quality control, health and safety, and cost control for field operations of a defined area or type of construction activities for the project under the direction of the Discipline Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The Site Safety Coordinator will be responsible for providing safety coverage in the field and coordination with sub-contractors and their safety personnel for work on the project site. This individual shall assist the Site Safety Manager in managing the site safety program. The Site Safety Coordinator will be based on the jobsite and shall assist The FWE site safety team ensure compliance with company safety policy and processes as well as federal/state guidelines.

This is a field first position meaning much of the time (75%) shall be in the field, evaluating workers and performing walk throughs to evaluate the areas for safety hazards.
