Descripción del rol:
Ferrovial Construcción, desde el Departamento de Compras, necesita incorporar un/a Gestor/a de Producto de Edificación a sus Oficinas Centrales, cuya misión es optimizar, en coordinación con los proyectos, la gestión de compras de las familias de productos/subcontratas a nivel internacional que tenga asignadas.
Funciones:
• Realizar las negociaciones con proveedores para cubrir las necesidades de compra de los proyectos.
• Establecer acuerdos con proveedores cuando esto permita optimizar el coste de las compras.
• Ser un experto conocedor a nivel internacional, desde el punto de vista técnico y comercial, de las familias de productos que gestiona.
• Proponer alternativas de compra para optimizar la gestión de sus productos/servicios y minimizar el riesgo.
• Detectar oportunidades de compras en otros mercados que permitan reducir el coste de las compras.
• Facilitar información sobre la situación del mercado de los productos/servicios de su responsabilidad para ayudar en la toma de decisiones.
• Colaborar con la Dirección de Contratación en las licitaciones que se requieran.
• Cumplir en el desarrollo de sus funciones y transmitir a los proveedores los requerimientos de Ferrovial en aspectos de ESG, Ética y Política Anticorrupción.
Requisitos:

Titulación técnica, preferentemente Arquitectura Superior o Ingeniería Superior.

Capacidades analíticas, de negociación y de comunicación y relación con terceros.
Disponibilidad para desplazarse a los proyectos a nivel internacional para la coordinación con el equipo de proyecto y para negociaciones con proveedores. -
Nivel de inglés alto.

Trayectoria profesional de al menos 10 años en puestos relacionados con proyectos de Edificación y de al menos 5 años con funciones relacionadas con compras y con experiencia en el mercado internacional.

Job Description:
Overview
The position will make a significant contribution to Webber by managing vendor contracts for multiple projects. This position works very closely with the Procurement department and Project personnel as a critical member of the team. This role is expected to give exposure to major elements of water/wastewater and heavy civil construction including vendor pricing, raw and manufactured materials market forces, relationships with critical vendors, expanded knowledge of legal terms and definitions, and cross-training for all divisions including Heavy Civil, Waterworks, Energy, and Infrastructure Services.
Job Duties

Develop, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with key Suppliers and Subcontractors

Collaborate with project teams and Commercial bidding teams to make critical purchases for the company

Perform analysis and evaluation of vendor quotations, drafting of the vendor contracts, and coordination of agreements from internal approvals through execution

Negotiate and prepare vendor agreements & change orders

Provide guidance and assistance to project teams and estimators

Provide onsite trainings to the projects

Work with the latest technology in construction, bidding, purchasing, and business management

All other duties as assigned to enhance the operations of the company
