Job Description:
Objetivo del Cargo
- Planificar, coordinar y controlar el avance del proyecto mediante una gestión rigurosa del cronograma en Primavera P6, asegurando coherencia técnica, control de la ruta crítica y entrega de información confiable para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, anticipando desviaciones y riesgos programáticos.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Clave
- Elaborar, mantener y controlar el cronograma maestro y cronogramas detallados a nivel WBS en Primavera P6.
- Monitorear el avance real vs. plan base, identificar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Coordinar información con Oficina Técnica, Construcción, Ingeniería y contratistas.
- Emitir reportes analíticos de control (S-Curve, EVM, CPM, proyecciones y escenarios).
- Analizar impactos por cambios de ingeniería, contingencias o retrasos.
- Asegurar trazabilidad, consistencia y cumplimiento de estándares contractuales y corporativos.
- Apoyar la planificación productiva, logística y detección de interferencias técnicas.
- Capacitar y asesorar equipos internos en herramientas de planificación, principalmente Primavera P6.
Requisitos Excluyentes
- Formación: Ingeniero Civil (cualquier especialidad) o Constructor Civil.
- Experiencia:
- Mínimo 8 años en construcción de obras subterráneas o de infraestructura.
- Al menos 5 años en programación y control de proyectos en terreno.
- Experiencia en megaproyectos de infraestructura urbana (metro, túneles, estaciones, obras lineales).
- Conocimientos Obligatorios:
- Dominio avanzado y comprobable de Primavera P6 (excluyente).
- Excel avanzado y manejo de control de proyectos (EVM, curvas de avance, ruta crítica).
- Certificaciones:
- Certificación formal en Primavera (obligatoria).
- Deseable PMI, Lean Construction o Last Planner®.
- Competencias Técnicas:
- Planificación avanzada, control de proyectos, gestión de riesgos programáticos, simulación de escenarios e interpretación técnica de planos y especificaciones.

Job Description:
At Infrasolutions, we are looking for a Field Technology Technician with solid experience in industrial automation, communications systems, and on‑site technology deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capability, hands‑on field experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced project environment.
This role requires a multi‑disciplinary technician with expertise across automation, communications, IT configuration and electrical panel construction—capable of supporting end‑to‑end system deployment in the field.
Key Technical Requirements
PLC and SCADA Programming
- Proven experience in PLC programming, configuration, and diagnostics.
- Ability to perform on‑site troubleshooting, logic adjustments, and commissioning activities.
- Experience with SCADA systems, including configuration, communication mapping, tag management, alarms, and functional testing.
Communications Systems
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols.
- Understanding of network topologies and communication architecture in field environments.
- Ability to configure and test serial, fibre, and IP‑based communication links.
IT Equipment Configuration
- Experience configuring industrial IT devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, gateways and embedded industrial PCs.
- Ability to perform IP addressing, VLANs, routing basics, device hardening and network diagnostics.
- Experience installing and configuring platforms, firmware updates, system backups and remote access.
Electrical and Electronic Panel Assembly
- Hands‑on experience in building electrical and electronic cabinets, wiring, cable routing, and hardware installation.
- Ability to read and work from electrical diagrams, schematics and panel layout drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards, grounding, power distribution and low‑voltage systems.
Field Work Requirements
- Ability to work on construction/industrial sites, perform equipment installation, integration, testing and commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the capability to work under time‑critical conditions.
- Willingness to travel to site when required.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and autonomy.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with engineering, suppliers and site teams.
- High attention to detail and quality when working with safety‑critical systems.
- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Objetivo del cargo:
- Asegurar la correcta planificación, programación y control del cronograma del proyecto, utilizando Primavera P6 y herramientas 4D (Synchro Pro, Navisworks Manager) integradas con modelos BIM, garantizando cumplimiento de hitos, optimización de recursos y coordinación entre especialidades.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Elaborar y mantener el cronograma maestro en Primavera P6.
- Integrar programación con modelos BIM para planificación 4D.
- Analizar desviaciones y proponer acciones correctivas.
- Generar reportes de avance físico y financiero.
- Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinarios para validar secuencias constructivas.
✅ Requisitos excluyentes:
- Formación: Ingeniero/a Civil (cualquier especialidad) o Constructor/a Civil, con mínimo 6 años de experiencia profesional en obras subterráneas o en superficie.
- Experiencia: Al menos 5 años en programación y control de proyectos.
- Certificación: Certificación formal en Primavera P6 (adjuntar certificado).
