About the Role:

We are seeking an analytically strong, detail‑oriented Investor Relations (IR) Analyst to support the US IR team in communicating the company’s strategy, performance, and outlook to the investment community. This role will help prepare earnings materials, monitor market sentiment, conduct targeting, and coordinate investor engagement across conferences, roadshows, and inbound inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Earnings & Disclosure Support: Assist in drafting/curating earnings call scripts, investor presentations, Q&A prep, and messaging.

• Market & Peer Intelligence: Track sell‑side research, price/volume drivers, ownership changes, and peer benchmarking.

• Financial Analysis: Build and maintain light financial models/tables to support guidance narratives and ad‑hoc analysis.

• IR Calendar & Events: Coordinate investor conferences, NDRs, and site visits.

• IR Infrastructure: Maintain the IR website, FAQs, CRM, and mailing workflows.

Resumen del Puesto

Reportando al Jefe de Parque de Maquinaria inicialmente, se encargará de todas las tareas relacionadas con el montaje y explotación de maquinaria, personal y procesos relacionados: Túnel. Inicialmente se incorporará al Área de Túneles, siendo responsable del toda la maquinaria, equipos, personal y procesos relacionados.

Principales funciones:
•    Realizará Control de planning de proyecto, maquinaria, personal, procesos, etc., de los proyectos en los que el PM participe, a nivel técnico y económico y relación con los diferentes departamentos del Parque de Maquinaria y obras en su caso.
•    Supervisará, gestionará y dirigirá equipos tanto de maquinaria como de personal propios y de subcontratistas y todo lo relacionado con los procesos de ejecución en materia de Túnel.
•    Desarrollo de informes y estudios tanto técnicos como económicos que sean necesarios para Proyectos, Contratación y los Departamentos de la Compañía que así lo requieran.
•    Cumplimento de estandares de la Compañía en materia de Calidad y Medioambiente, relacionados con la maquinaria, equipos, personal y procesos de Túnel.
•    Seguimiento de inversiones, contratación de personal, etc. del Área de Túnel.
•    Elaboración de documentación asociada a montajes y/o desarrollo y ejecución de las actividades en las que esté involucrado y de planos o ingeniería si fuese necesario.
•    Elaboración del presupuesto del proyecto (MASTER, APO, PAS), informes mensuales de costes, análisis de desviaciones e implementación de medidas de mitigación en su caso.
•    Asegurar los más altos estándares de Salud, Seguridad y Bienestar y mantener una actitud de "Seguridad Primero" durante todo el proyecto.
•    Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la empresa y del proyecto, los estándares de calidad medioambiente y eficiencia energética y aquellos procedimientos que lleven a la mejora continua de la organización.
•    Colaboración con los responsables de Proyecto y/o Parque de Maquinaria para identificar oportunidades de ingeniería de valor y de procesos que proporcionarán ahorros de costos y/o cronogramas.
 

Requisitos:

•    Título en Grado/Máster de Ingeniería Industrial, Minas o Caminos, Canales y Puertos con experiencia en maquinaria y los procesos asociados en el ámbito de empresa constructora.
•    Mínimo 5 años de experiencia.
•    Experiencia en maquinaria, procesos y actividades relacionadas, en particular Túnel.
•    Conocimientos en la gestión de todas las áreas de un proyecto de construcción.
•    Buenas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y experiencia en la gestión de equipos de proyectos.
•    Orientación al cliente.
•    Inglés fluido imprescindible.
•    Uso competente de software operativo como: Paquete Office, MS Project, Programas CAD (Autocad, Revit) y programas específicos para control de costes y gestión.
•    Conocimientos en programación y planificación de tareas.
•    Se valorará experiencia y formación en el Exterior. 
•    Se valorará experiencia en gestión de proyectos dentro de Parque de Maquinaria.

Knowledge and Learning

  • Organize HSW knowledge, practices, and methods and make it universally accessible and useful to all projects, companies, and levels of the organization
  • Create new bodies of knowledge – conducting internal data analysis studies, e.g., precursor analysis of HiPos and SIFs, license to operate effect on SIF rate, trends in critical control failure modes, empirical studies on the effectiveness of HSW interventions, etc.
  • Support operations, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and know-how across projects, business units, and regions through individual and small group meetings and interactions.
  • Establish and monitor framework, to ensure that all employees are trained in relevant health and safety procedures and that they have access to appropriate resources and support.
  • Keep abreast of state-of-the-art HSW practices, tools, technologies for improvement opportunities and knowledge transfer within the organization
  • Manage the creation of new HSW training content that is engaging and effective.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain current, a robust HSW induction and “license to operate” for all levels of the organization, including contractors.
  • Establish SIF prevention, SIF precursor, etc. training as an annual requirement for all levels, including contractors.

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion “Operational excellence with safety at the forefront,” utilizing Continuous Improvement (CI) methods, e.g., lean principles, 6S, kaizen, etc.
  • Establish a CI process, e.g., involving front line operations to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate solutions, test, and measure improvement actions, and standardize the best practices that emerge across the organization.
  • Develop local HSW and Operational team members, “train the trainer” programs e.g., Field Safety Engagement tool/ program to sustain local CI improvement actions.

Tools: to be developed

Supply Chain/ Contractor management

  • Harmonize contractual HSW requirements of contractors and sub-tiers
  • Establish a uniform system of contractor qualification and evaluation
  • Develop processes for contractor HSW “license to operate” assurance

Tools: to be incorporated with existing systems / developed.

Large and Complex Projects

  • Provide corporate level leadership to large and complex projects to assure Severe Injury and Fatality (SIF) Prevention.
  • Work closely with BU HSW lead and Project team to ensure HSW alignment
  • Support mutually agreeable HSW frameworks on Joint Venture projects
  • Support BU tender of large projects from an HSW perspective
  • Add value to project planning from the design phase through installation means and methods.
  • Support the recruitment of the project HSW team
  • Provide oversight of the HSW project plan / management system, and key indicators

Tools: Ensure corporate requirements are incorporated into JV systems

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification (MSc or equivalent) in Safety, Risk Management, or Engineering (preferred)

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Health & Safety, with a strong track record in operational environments (construction, infrastructure, engineering, or similar sectors)
  • Proven experience in leading HSW transformation or operational excellence initiatives at corporate or multi-business unit level
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects with significant safety risk exposure
  • Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Experience working with and managing contractors and complex supply chains

Industry & Company Background

  • Previous experience in organizations with high standards of Health & Safety performance and culture (e.g., leading infrastructure, construction, industrial or energy companies)
  • Exposure to mature safety management systems and advanced HSW practices
  • Strongly preferred experience in European and/or UK markets, or
  • Demonstrated familiarity with regulatory frameworks, standards, and operating practices in these regions
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments

About the role.
Leadership role responsible for designing and maintaining IT governance frameworks, managing IT financial planning, and ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements. The position ensures transparency, accountability, and audit readiness across the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Define and continuously improve IT governance frameworks across the full lifecycle of technology initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and decision-making structures.
  • Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business objectives, including risk management activities.
