Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra para proyectos de edificación en Vigo, responsable de la gestión integral de la obra, desde la planificación hasta la entrega, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad.

Funciones:
* Coordinar y supervisar todas las fases de la construcción, incluyendo la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de la obra.

Propósito del cargo

  • Administrar integralmente el contrato del proyecto (mandante y anexos), asegurando cumplimiento contractual y económico, mediante gestión de cambios/variaciones, claims, EOT, valorizaciones/estados de pago y resguardo documental, protegiendo margen, caja, plazos y la relación con el mandante.

Principales funciones

  • Administrar contrato principal: bases, EETT, anexos, precedencias y cumplimiento.
  • Implementar Change Management: identificar, notificar, valorizar, negociar y formalizar cambios.
  • Liderar claims y EOT con sustento técnico, documental y de planificación (ruta crítica).
  • Validar estados de pago/valorizaciones: avance, cubicaciones, precios, reajustes y soportes QA/QC.
  • Gestionar subcontratos back-to-back: alcance, medición, garantías, seguros, penalidades, cambios y pagos.
  • Gobernanza documental y correspondencia: operación de DMS, trazabilidad y soporte para auditorías/disputas.

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Estudios de Edificación para unirse a nuestro equipo en Tenerife o en Las Palmas. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la elaboración y gestión de ofertas de proyectos de edificación, asegurando la competitividad y viabilidad técnica y económica de las propuestas.
 

Funciones:

– Preparación de ofertas en procesos de licitación de grandes proyectos de edificación en Canarias, incluyendo:
– Estudio y comprensión de todos los documentos de la licitación, incluyendo posibles visitas al lugar de ejecución.
– Estudio y valoración económica del coste del proyecto. Relación con subcontratistas y cadena de suministro.
– Análisis técnico del proyecto y de las soluciones y sistemas constructivos empleados y elaboración de propuestas de optimización y mejora, y en su caso, detección de errores del proyecto.
– Confección de informes, memorias u otros documentos técnicos.
– Coordinación del desarrollo de la documentación técnica a preparar en la licitación, junto con el resto de equipos que intervienen en la preparación de la oferta: departamentos internos (Dirección Técnica, Financiera, Jurídica, Aprovisionamiento, etc.), Ingenierías y Asesores externos, socios de UTE, estableciendo la estrategia de la oferta, estudio económico, planificación de obra, análisis de riesgos, supervisión de documentos y entrega final. atendiendo a los distintos apartados:

– Impulsar la digitalización e implantación de BIM en las licitaciones.
– Contacto con el cliente con atención a reuniones, solicitudes de aclaraciones y cualquier otra interacción durante el proceso de licitación.
 

Requisitos:

– Formación: Arquitecto/a Técnico/a o Ingeniero/a de Edificación. Se valorará formación complementaria en gestión de proyectos o presupuestos.
– Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia demostrable en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en edificación singular u hospitalaria, dentro de empresas constructoras de primer nivel.

– Conocimientos Técnicos:

– Habilidades: Capacidad de análisis y síntesis, proactividad, orientación a resultados, habilidad de negociación, comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

What You Will Do: 

  • Provides leadership in initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or other involved parties; develops detailed description of jobs and materials necessary to complete project.    

  • Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and budgets the time necessary to meet each deadline.     

  • Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with client concerning budget progress and costs.

  • Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.  

  • Manages and leads actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.  

  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with a variety of people, including owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers.    

  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Who You Are: A Profile of Success 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering required  

  • At least 7-10 years of renewable construction experience a must  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software  

  • Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam highly preferred  

  • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.    

  • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra de Edificación para gestionar y supervisar proyectos de construcción en la región de Coruña, asegurando la ejecución eficiente, el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos, y la calidad de las obras.

Funciones:
* Supervisar la ejecución de la obra, desde la planificación inicial hasta la entrega final, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
* Gestionar y coordinar al equipo de obra, subcontratistas y proveedores.
* Controlar el presupuesto y los plazos de ejecución del proyecto, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctoras.
* Interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y documentación del proyecto.
* Realizar seguimiento y control de la documentación técnica y administrativa de la obra.

* Conocimiento profundo de los procesos constructivos, normativa de edificación y prevención de riesgos laborales.
* Capacidad demostrada para la gestión de equipos, planificación, organización y resolución de problemas.
