Resumen del Puesto

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra Civil para nuestra delegación en Segovia. El/la candidato/a ideal supervisará la ejecución de proyectos de obra civil, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Responsabilidades

* Planificar, organizar y controlar la ejecución de los proyectos de obra civil asignados.
* Supervisar y coordinar al personal de obra, subcontratistas y proveedores.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de trabajo, el presupuesto y los estándares de calidad establecidos.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales en todas las fases del proyecto.
* Gestionar la documentación técnica y administrativa de la obra (certificaciones, planos, modificaciones, etc.).
* Mantener una comunicación fluida con la dirección de obra, clientes y otras partes interesadas.
* Resolver incidencias y tomar decisiones para el buen desarrollo de la obra.
* Realizar el seguimiento económico del proyecto y la elaboración de informes periódicos.

Cualificaciones

* Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, Ingeniero/a Civil o Arquitecto/a Técnico/a.
* Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos de obra civil (carreteras, infraestructuras hidráulicas, urbanizaciones, etc.).
* Conocimiento avanzado de la normativa técnica y legal aplicable a la obra civil.
* Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera) y software CAD.
* Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y resolución de problemas.
* Orientación a resultados y trabajo en equipo.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en Segovia y alrededores.
* Valorable experiencia en Ferrovial o empresas del sector.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation 

The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate various water/wastewater construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed. 

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Provides leadership in initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or other involved parties; develops detailed description of jobs and materials necessary to complete project.    

  • Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and budgets the time necessary to meet each deadline.     

  • Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with client concerning budget progress and costs.    

  • Ensures adherence to the budget and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, makes quick and necessary adjustments.  

  • Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the construction and maintenance of assigned structures, facilities, and systems.   

  • Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction.  

  • Selects, contracts, and oversees contractors for specific needs.   

  • Supervises each contractor and subcontractor to ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications  

  • Oversees contract negotiations, revisions, and additions and adherence by all parties.  

  • Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.  

  • Manages and leads actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.  

  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with a variety of people, including owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers.    

  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

 

Who You Are: A Profile of Success 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering required  

  • At least 7-10 years of water/wastewater construction experience a must  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software  

  • Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam highly preferred  

  • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.    

  • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.  

  • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.  

  • Thorough understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings.  

  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred

Desde Ferrovial Construcción precisamos incorporar un Jefe/a de Obra de Instalaciones para nuestras obras situadas en Madrid.

FUNCIONES:
– Supervisión; Control y previsión de Costes de las diferentes unidades y del conjunto de la Obra a través de:
a) Cierres mensuales
b)Trimestrales: APO; PAS y Máster.
– Estudio del proyecto; contrato de Obra; modificados; coste real; plazos; etc.
– planificación técnica y económica y de los recursos de la obra.
– Seguimiento y Control de la Ejecución teniendo en cuenta el Plan de seguridad y Salud y los Sistemas de gestión de Calidad y Medio ambiente.
– Realización y Seguimiento de las certificaciones mensuales; así COMO el cobro de estas.
– Negociación con Clientes de los aspectos técnicos de la obra.
– Dirigir y Coordinar al personal a su cargo en base a la planificación de obra.
– Realizar las compras en su ámbito de competencia.
– Valorar antes de su contratación si los proveedores están en condiciones de cumplir los requisitos técnicos; de Calidad; de seguridad; medioambientales y de cumplimiento de plazo establecidos en nuestro contrato CON el cliente.
REQUISITOS:
-Formación técnica: Ingeniero/a Industrial, Ingeniero/a Técnico Industrial.
-Conocimientos de Instalaciones Eléctricas y Mecánicas.
– Gestión de clientes.
-Gestión de Equipos.
-Liderazgo.
-Habilidades de comunicación.
-Valorable: Inglés nivel medio B2.
– Conocimientos técnicos: Autocad, Revit, MS proyect, Presto.
– Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar
