Your next calling: 
HRIS Apprentice will serve as frontline and responsible for providing Tier 1 support for UKG Core and UTA. Entry Level position requires or will acquire diverse system application knowledge to support UKG users.

Functions key to success:

• Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidential information

• Attention-to-detail, with a propensity to complete work accurately and with a focus on quality

• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as a member of Global HRIS team; primarily supporting US HRIS

• Operates under general supervision, receives direction on processes and methods as assigned

• Offer daily UKG access support to users by responding to questions and concerns at all levels within the organization. Solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, troubleshoot SSO, isolates problem (password reset, unlock account, suspend account), and determines and implements solution(s) for user profile; retrieve other system user IDs and work with appropriate teams.  Add Reader & Security group for new accounts

• Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and through various communication media

• Provide user training material or on-demand navigation lessons

• Basic proficiency in MS Office 365 skills is desired

Training

Tier 1 Support member, will be trained by US HRIS mentor(s) and shadow in the following areas:

• UKG HCM Core and UTA

• Workday HCM

• Active Directory

• Global Protect

• MS Teams

• Other IS/IT Applications

Education

• Pursuing Undergraduate Computer Science in Information Systems or Information Management, preferred

• Minimum High School Graduate with technical education in computers and data processing, science technologies, and communication technologies, required

Experience

• Entry level position requiring no previous work experience

• Prior relevant internship work experience and/or completion in Computer Science of one or more semesters of education

Language Skills Required (Read, Write, and Oral)
