COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are actively involved in the Digital Infrastructure sector, focusing on the planning, development, and transactional operations of land and facilities that support global data center growth. As the concession division of a prominent data center platform, our core mission is to design, build and manage high-efficiency digital environments that drive technological progress across Europe.

Internship Program Details:

  • Duration: 2 months (June – July).
  • Location: Madrid, Spain.
  • Program Type: Full-time, Summer Internship.
  • University Partner: University of Krakov.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an initiative-taking, creative, and technically skilled intern to join our Digital Infrastructure Division. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical exposure to multidisciplinary projects involving land development, infrastructure design, stakeholder management, and digital ecosystem planning. The intern will collaborate directly with a seasoned international team on strategic initiatives that shape the future of data connectivity.

Ideal candidates are forward-thinkers who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to explore the intersection of digital infrastructure, engineering, and innovation. The selected intern should be able to offer fresh perspectives and collaborate effectively across diverse disciplines.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
 

Currently pursuing studies as a:

  • Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or
  • First-year Master's student.

Preferred academic disciplines:

  • Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE).
  • Computer Science (CS).
  • Civil or Architectural Engineering.
  • Information Studies / Data Science.
  • Urban Planning / Real Estate Development.

Essential Technical Qualifications:

  • Understanding of data center infrastructure: power systems, cooling, structured cabling.
  • Basic networking principles: IP addressing, routing, switching, firewall protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis.
  • Introductory experience with GIS tools or CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience or exposure to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)y. systems (e.g., Sunbird, Schneider EcoStruxure).
  • Programming or scripting in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Use of business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to Building Information Modelling (BIM) software like Revit.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Awareness of ESG principles related to infrastructure projects.

Language Requirements:

  • English: Professional fluency required.
  • Spanish: Proficiency is highly advantageous.
