Job Description:
Function as main point of contact for all technical, functional, and operational aspects associated with Central Tolling Systems. Determine priorities for all Incident and Change requests, triaging, and delivery. Develop key focus points and next steps with appointed vendor and concession contacts. Implement continuous improvement plans for the Operations and Maintenance service to minimize risks. Configure change validations and executions. Gather information from system databases to implement critical fixes, present evidence on operational fixes, and evaluate impacts. Communicate with clients regarding technical, functional, and operational aspects of Central Tolling Systems, and escalate key focus points when necessary. Lead and manage technical discussions of operational incidents or service requests and participate in daily system monitoring reviews.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience.
Must have three (3) years of experience with/in the following:
- Overseeing IT service management and running complex operational transactional environments with an emphasis on quality, stability, and scalability.
Must have two (2) years of experience with/in the following:
- Utilizing agile or ITIL operational methodology;
- Managing vendor for services based on SLAs and KPIs; and
- Testing IT systems for corrective measures including systems maintenance, root cause analysis, identification of potential risks to system operability, and evaluating system traffic patterns.
Must have one (1) year of experience with/in the following:
- Conducting Toll Operations in an Open Road Tolling Environment.
Up to 50% domestic travel required.
