Reference is made to the communication of other relevant information made on 6 June 2022 (registration number 16,624), regarding the agreement between Ferrovial (through its Airports division) and The Carlyle Global Infrastructure Fund for the acquisition by the former of 96% of the company through which The Carlyle Global Infrastructure Fund holds a 51% stake in the concessionaire appointed to design, build and operate until year 2060 the new Terminal 1 at JFK International Airport in New York (which includes former Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of this airport).
Following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent to which the transaction was subject, its completion has been reached.
