Job Description:
- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards, conducting inspections to maintain compliance.
- Technical Support: Provide engineering and technical support during the planning and execution phases of the project, ensuring that designs are correctly interpreted and implemented.

Position Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible to take ownership of the structures segment P&L and ensure that of heavy civil construction project segments from initial budget through project closeout. Among many important activities, it is most important that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining positive communication with the Owner's representative. The position of a Project Engineer is consistently thinking about ways to accelerate job, decrease costs, increase markups, save indirect costs, and take advantage of situations to increase profits for multiple projects.
Job Duties
- Ensure a "Safety First" attitude throughout the project from all levels of management and operations
- Identify in the plans value engineering opportunities that provide cost and/or schedule savings
- Supervise, manage, and direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel

MISIÓN:
Será responsable de planificar y gestionar todas las actividades de prueba y puesta en marcha del proyecto. Este rol implica apoyar al Director de Proyecto y al Site Manager, garantizando la implementación de la estrategia del proyecto y el cumplimiento de las políticas, estándares, regulaciones locales y normas profesionales del área. FUNCIONES:
Conocimientos y experiencia en puesto de responsabilidad, funcionamiento y operación de plantas solares.
Tener conocimiento en máquinas eléctricas estáticas: transformadores trifásicos (secos y de aceite).
Sólidos conocimientos de sistemas de control industrial en general y scadas.
Sólidos conocimientos de redes de comunicaciones y de protocolos de control y telecontrol, especialmente del sector eléctrico.
Gestión de personal de pruebas en vacío, planificación y optimización de los trabajos aceptados.
Comunicación directa con el cliente, para la planificación y aceptación de los trabajos contratados bajo contrato.
Revisión de los resultados de las pruebas, organización de la documentación en formato cliente y envío de la misma al personal especificado por cliente.
Asistencia técnica al personal de campo (resolución de dudas técnicas, apoyo gestión de los trabajos).
Gestión económica de los trabajos, producción/facturación.
Resolución optima de los incidentes que surgen en los trabajos de campo, en lo referente al personal, planificación/tiempos y facturación.
Apoyo a personal para la realización y valoración de los trabajos de pruebas en vacío, frente a clientes nuevos.
Disponibilidad y capacidad para acudir y ejecutar los trabajos como responsable de PeM, en momentos puntuales y durante la fase de PeM.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
REQUISITOS:
Formación preferiblemente en ingeniería (civil, industrial, energía…), con experiencia en ensayos secundarios (principalmente ensayo de protecciones eléctricas) y primarios en sistemas eléctricos de potencia.
Experiencia de mínimo 3 a 5 años desarrollando funciones de puesta en marcha en planta fotovoltaica. Solvencia en sistemas de protecciones y pruebas de aparamenta eléctricas
Valorable formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en obra durante periodos específicos del proyecto.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, personal técnico y relaciones con cliente.
Experiencia en coordinación de equipos de trabajos y distintos subcontratos del proyecto.
Interpretación y seguimiento de esquemas eléctricos desarrollado.
Experiencia en trabajos con y sin tensión.
Manejo de herramientas y equipos destinados a trabajos eléctricos (multímetros, medidores de aislamiento, fasímetros, etc.).
Experiencia con Microsoft Office, MS Project y Autocad.

MISIÓN:
Diseño y valoración de alcances de obra civil en proyectos de plantas de energías renovables.
FUNCIONES:
Análisis de información proporcionada por el cliente (especificaciones, informes topográficos, geotécnicos, hidrográficos, medioambientales, pull-out tests) y requisitos de licitación relativos a obra civil.
Diseño y medición de obra civil.
Contacto con proveedores y subcontratistas, evaluación y selección técnica y económica.
Valoración económica de alcances de obra civil dentro del proyecto.
Preparación de entregables técnicos.
REQUISITOS:
Formación académica superior en áreas de la ingeniería/ construcción.
Al menos 1 año de experiencia realizando las tareas descritas.
Manejo de AutoCad, herramientas de cálculo de movimientos de tierras y diseño civil, valorable manejo de PVCase.
Valorable experiencia en proyectos fotovoltaicos y parques eólicos.
Nivel medio/alto de Inglés.

What You Will Do:

Garantizar el óptimo rendimiento y la eficiencia operativa de las plantas fotovoltaicas, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y contractuales.
FUNCIONES:
Descargar datos del SCADA de la planta fotovoltaica.
Revisar y analizar los datos de rendimiento y producción.
Preparar plantillas de rendimiento de las plantas fotovoltaicas.
Detección de averías y pérdidas de rendimiento.
Gestión de las pruebas de prestaciones de las plantas en la recepción provisional del cliente.
Supervisión durante la Operación y mantenimiento de las plantas fotovoltaicas durante los dos años de contrato con los clientes.
Apoyo al equipo de ingeniería; así como la revisión de los anexos técnicos de los contratos.
REQUISITOS:
Titulación en ingeniería Industrial; ingeniería Eléctrica; ingeniería Mecánica o similar.
Al menos dos años de experiencia en las funciones descritas.
