Chefe de Equipa – FERROVIAL CONSTRUCCIÓN, S.A. SUC PORTUGAL

Procuramos um Chefe de Equipa com experiência para liderar e supervisionar uma equipa de trabalhadores em projeto de construção. O candidato ideal terá um sólido conhecimento de técnicas de construção, segurança e gestão de equipas.

Responsabilidades do cargo:

* Liderar e supervisionar uma equipa de trabalhadores na execução de projetos de construção.

* Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e orçamentos dos projetos.

* Garantir a segurança dos trabalhadores e o cumprimento das normas de segurança.

* Controlar a qualidade do trabalho efetuado.

* Gerir os materiais e equipamentos necessários ao projeto.

* Colaborar com outros chefes de equipa e supervisores.

* Informar o chefe de projeto sobre o andamento dos trabalhos.

Qualificações para o cargo

* Experiência anterior como chefe de equipa ou encarregado em projetos de construção.

* Conhecimentos de técnicas de construção, segurança e gestão de equipas.

* Capacidade de liderança e de trabalho em equipa.

* Capacidade de organização e planeamento.

* Capacidade de comunicar eficazmente.

* Fluência em português e espanhol.
