Impulsa la transformación digital mediante la digitalización y estandarización de procesos, la adopción y gestión estratégica de plataformas colaborativas y la integración tecnológica entre áreas. Coordina proyectos transversales, fomenta la mejora continua y asegura que las soluciones digitales se implementen de forma eficiente y alineada con el marco corporativo. Además, proporciona formación, soporte y documentación, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de negocio, IT y obra. 

 

Principales funciones  

  • Impulsar la estandarización de procesos de las distintas áreas de negocio  

  • Definir el marco corporativo de uso de plataformas colaborativas y otras soluciones digitales y promover su adopción.  

  • Coordinar la implementación global de plataformas colaborativas para la digitalización de procesos de negocio  

  • Coordinar iniciativas de mejora continua y transformación digital, asegurando su correcta planificación, ejecución y seguimiento. 

  • Coordinar acciones de formación y comunicación interna 

  • Colaboración transversal con áreas funcionales y técnicas 

  • Colaboración con equipos digitales regionales y de país para implementar nuevos procesos estandarizados  

  • Colaboración con equipos de IT para integrar sistemas y desarrollar nuevas soluciones digitales 

  • Colaboración con equipos de gestión y explotación de datos para hacer un uso más eficiente de la información 

  • Coordinación con equipos de obra para evaluar nuevas soluciones digitales que permitan digitalizar los procesos  

  • Coordinación con proveedores tecnológicos 

  • Analizar los procesos de negocio y operaciones para optimizarlos a través de la tecnología 

  • Desarrollar procedimientos y elaboración de manuales 

  • Evaluar y proponer acciones para reducir la complejidad del mapa de aplicaciones, eliminando redundancias y promoviendo soluciones integradas. 

  • Analizar flujos de información entre plataformas para detectar oportunidades de integración que mejoren la interoperabilidad y reduzcan tareas manuales. 

  • Elaborar documentación técnica con los requerimientos funcionales para nuevos desarrollos e integraciones entre sistemas corporativos  

  • Explorar nuevas tecnologías aplicables a negocio para digitalizar y optimizar los procesos. Proponer pilotos y pruebas de concepto.  

  • Formación y soporte a las distintas áreas de negocio en el uso de plataformas colaborativas para la digitalización de procesos. 

  • Participación en auditorias y cumplimento de normativa 

  • Requisitos:  

    • Título universitario en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o similar.  

    • +7 años experiencia 

    • Conocimiento de la compañía y sus procesos 

    • Promueve la cultura de la digitalización. 

    • Orientación a resultados 

    • Habilidades de análisis, atención al detalle y documentación de procesos de negocio 

    • Facilidad para sintetizar ideas y precisión para documentarlas. 

    • Capacidad para comunicar con claridad, liderar iniciativas y equipos de trabajo. 

    • Habilidades para coordinar proyectos de integración entre sistemas y plataformas. 

    • Habilidades para definir los requerimientos funcionales para nuevos desarrollos y/o integraciones.  

    • Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de transformación digital. Se valorará la experiencia de un rol digital en obra.  

    • Conocimiento de herramientas como Excel, Teams, Visio, Microsoft Project, Procore, Goformz. Power Automate, Jira. 

    • Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales a obras en distintas geografías.

Precisamos incorporar un Técnico/a de Proyectos en la zona de Valladolid. Colaborar con el Proyectista Jefe y el Jefe de Obra en la redacción, supervisión y aprobación de los Proyectos Constructivos, vinculados a su
especialidad, así como realizando labores de Asistencia Técnica en las obras que finalmente se ejecuten en el marco del contrato suscrito con ADIF para el "Mantenimiento de Infraestructura y Vía de las Líneas Convencionales y de Ancho Métrico de la Subdirección Norte".

Funciones:

– Asumir las Funciones de Autor de los proyecto; junto CON el Proyectista Jefe.
– Prestar servicio de Asistencia técnica en las OBRAS QUE el adjudicatario realice dentro del marco del contrato.
– Redactar los Estudios; informes; dictámenes; cálculos y cuanta documentación técnica y de gestión sea requerida PARA el desarrollo del contrato.
– Supervisar; aprobar y Redactar los proyectos Constructivos vinculados a SUS especialidad.
– Coordinar a los departamentos técnico y Productivo en las fases de desarrollo y Ejecución de los proyectos encomendados.

Requisitos:
– Titulación Universitaria como Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o titulación equivalente (Máster nivel 3 del MECES o nivel 7 del EFQ).

– Al menos 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

– Normativa Ferroviaria específica de Adif.
– Carnet de conducir Tipo B.
– Programas informáticos genéricos: PAQUETE OFFICE.
– Programas de diseño: AUTOCAD, ADOBE PROFESIONAL, ADOBE PHOTOSOP.
– Programas para presupuestar las actuaciones: MENFIS y/o PRESTO.

– Formación en materia de Topografía y Geodesia.

Se precisa incorporar a un ingeniero de diseño para proyecto en Puerto Rico, para colaborar en el diseño de un proyecto de aeropuerto. Formará parte del equipo de diseño e ingeniería la obra “Pista 8-26. Aeropuerto Rafael Hernández. Aguadilla” trabajando tanto en la fase actual de diseño, como en la fase de obra dentro del equipo de ingeniería y asistencia técnica.

Funciones:

– Realizar la gestión y control del diseñador, haciendo la revisión, seguimiento y control de manera proactiva con propuestas y alternativas al diseño recibido de la disciplina bajo su responsabilidad. Hará seguimiento de las fechas de entrega, parciales y finales, de la ingeniería, tanto a nivel de cálculos, memorias, planos y mediciones. La revisión se centrará en todos los aspectos aplicables: normativa y estándares de aplicación, requerimientos contractuales, funcionalidad de los diseños, faseados y proceso constructivo, así como posibles alternativas y optimizaciones.
– Asistir, y en su caso organizar, reuniones de coordinación y seguimiento, con la ingeniería, y participará en reuniones de diseño con el equipo de construcción.
– Reportar a su responsable directo, colaborando diligentemente en aquellas tareas encomendadas.

Requisitos:

– El puesto requiere estar localizado en Aguadilla (Puerto Rico), presencial en las oficinas de obra.

– Experiencia en posiciones similares por 3 años.

– Estudios en Ingeniería de Caminos, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Aeronáutico o similar.

This individual requires competency in data collection and its' consequent analysis to obtain efficient and practicable actions for the daily operations of the highway. This individual will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with C-suite management, engineers, employees, and external parties (contractors and consultants). He/she will also be responsible for attending future meetings with state and local officials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develops and monitors any operational improvements to be performed on the highway

· Assist and controls, prepares, and schedules any corrective action required to improve asset conditions, complying with the due defect cure time

· Assists in preparation of the O&M annual budget and the Capital Expenditure model for the project

· Cooperates with the Financial department in the achievement of the annual budget’s improvement goals

· Assists management in the review and approval of all plans, payments, and change orders for contracts

· Develop recommendations to address O&M concerns and work with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager as necessary to achieve resolution of the items

· Coordinate with project partners and stakeholders, including the project owner, subcontractors, local government entities, businesses, and the public to communicate O&M activities and address related concerns

· Provide technical information and support to other departments within the company to support their activities as they relate to the Operation and Maintenance of the project

· Assist in the planning, design, and production of engineering drawings and calculations, which may include supervising the production of these drawings when applicable for specific project

· Perform data acquisition and analysis, researching the feasibility of alternative design approaches, site conditions and/or regulatory agency specifications or regulations

· Works closely with Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager to coordinate roadway maintenance activities, assisting in all technical issues that might be needed and defining and monitoring policies and procedures

· Track the development and completion of specific maintenance activities develop in the highway

· Assist in the research and analysis of data, dashboards creation, to detect trends and pursue operational improvements in the highway

· Prepare business cases to assess the optimum alternative for different operations in the highway

· Works closely with the Traffic Management Center for the right tracking and monitoring of traffic related data (accidents, assistances, etc.)

· In coordination with Cintra US headquarters, develops, implements, and manages asset management tool (Salesforce) and other tools and systems (GIS, data analytics platforms, etc.), looking for more innovative and efficient ways to enhance the asset management tools

· Support the roadway maintenance team through guidance with the asset management system

· Develop ordinary updates or any improvement required in the GIS model for the concession

· Supervises field project inspections during annual quality inspections, or as needed

· Assist on preparation and submittal, if necessary, on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for inclusion into the Comprehensive Agreement (CA) or Development Management Plan required reports (DMP)

· Ensures full compliance with the CA’s O&M Measurement and Performance Table for the project

· Prepares and revises the relevant department areas of the DMP

· Actively promotes the safety of the department and the employees

· Prepares RFPs, agreements and oversees any other technical advisory services or surveys which might be needed and according with NCDOT standards

· Perform other job-related duties as needed

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil, industrial, or mechanical engineering

· 1-3+ years of experience in construction and/or roadway maintenance, or technical department in a major infrastructure developer are desirable

· Experience in data analytics and/or IT developments is also desirable

· Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

· Salesforce (asset management tool) and ArcGIS experience desirable

· Experience in data analytics and IT development is a plus

About the role 

As the Sustainability and Innovation Intern (12-month full-time internship), you will have the opportunity to contribute to Cintra’s success by supporting the company’s Sustainability and Innovation strategies. You will be located at our Madrid Headquarters and will be a contributing member of Cintra’s Innovation, Research, and Sustainability Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Madrid-based Sustainability Manager with sustainability reporting efforts and due diligence analysis, as well as working with the US-based Innovation team on efforts ranging from reviewing new technology solutions to assisting with data analysis for research projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support sustainability reporting efforts for subsidiaries, including coordinating data collections, analysis, drafting, and proofing.  

  • Assist in developing sustainability presentations and dashboards for target setting and monitoring of achievements and other sustainability topics.  

  • Assist in developing sustainability due diligence assessments. 

  • Assist with data analysis for innovation and research initiatives. 

  • Assist with tracking new technologies and trends, and crafting presentations and reports. 

  • Assist with coordination of innovation efforts in the Madrid office. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.  

  • Advanced level of Spanish and English (C1-C2) is a must since you will be working in our Madrid HQ and collaborating with our US team. 

  • Passion for sustainability and innovation. 

  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data and metrics effectively.
