Position Summary
Responsible for efficient arrival to and recovery from incidents within the tunnel and roadway project while providing professional and courteous assistance to motorists.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists motorists with their disabled vehicles and providing traffic control and other assistance as needed at motor vehicle collisions.
- Patrols within the tunnel and roadway network and assist stranded motorists by making quick-fix repairs including changing tires, providing gas, and jump starting vehicles.
- Offers tow services to inoperable vehicles within the roadway network.
- Assists at motor vehicle collisions by stabilizing the accident scene and to designated sites.
- Strong knowledge of Freeway Service Patrol guidelines and operations in the state of California.
- Ability to liaise and clearly communicate with motorists, first responders, and Tunnel Operators during an incident.
- Creates safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) control by setup and removal of traffic control devices including cones, message/arrow boards, temporary signage, etc.
- Document, maintain and archive all incidents, logs, and observations.
- Initial Incident Commander in all Roadway and Tunnel Emergencies.

- Follow all procedures established for activities relating to duties of Tow Truck Operator and Tunnel Operator.

Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and other infrastructure assets. The North Tarrant Express was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. With an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of 200,000, this Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County. The LBJ Express is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. With an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of 270,000, it is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. Position Summary
Plans, coordinates, and participates in the electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs on movable bridges, including roadway and navigational lighting and fender systems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates & participates in the mechanical maintenance & repair of movable bridges, roadway lighting.
- Assists electrician in maintenance of bridge general lighting, navigational lighting and repair of electrical systems
- Performs monthly routine maintenance of bridge machinery system to include lubrication of gears, couplings, bearings, motors, changing filters, replacing gear and hydraulic oils
- Familiar with hand tools, grinders, drills, etc.
- Maintains & replaces hydraulic hoses, pumps, motors, valves and related components.
- Performs scheduled maintenance of bridge components to ensure continuous bridge operations. Assist Professional Engineers in their annual inspection of the movable bridge electrical & mechanical systems.
- Completes monthly maintenance logs.
- Cleans bridge roadway, sidewalks and slopes of trash & debris
- Identifies and removes graffiti
- Inspects bridge weekly for hazards and concerns and reports them to supervisor
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiple, divide, calculate proportions, percentages, and measurements).
- Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Education and Experience
- HS or GED
- Experience and familiarity with best plumbing practices
- Experience and familiarity with best carpentry practices
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
- Able to respond 24-hours a day for after hour emergency calls necessitated by accidents and/or bridge malfunctions.
- The employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk on a wide range of surfaces; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
- Able to ascend and descend stairs and ladders on a regular basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Use manual and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas, and electric powered tools and equipment. Vision abilities include both close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high precarious places; fume or airborne particles. Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be able to work in tight spaces.
- Must be comfortable working in and around water and from boats.

Position Summary
Assist in maintaining the landscapes of our clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Basic landscape maintenance such as line trimming, edging of ornamental landscape beds.
- Herbicide bag pack spot spraying.
- Weed pulling when required
- Mulching of ornamental landscape beds and palm/tree rings
- Litter control on landscape areas and hardscape areas.
- Hedge trimming of ornamental plants.
- Spot fertilization of ornamental landscape beds.
- Basic small gas tool maintenance of replacement of air filters, blades, cleaning carburetors.
- Recognize and report damaged or faulty irrigation system of broken heads, wash outs, dry spots.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license and a good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
- Minimum 1 year related experience
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
- Capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
- Required to be available for emergency response rotations as need for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
