Working on behalf of the developer responsible for the development, delivery, and operation of the asset, you will play a central role in structuring, negotiating, and managing all key project contracts while ensuring compliance with financing requirements and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

• Llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha en base al alcance del proyecto.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Execute Customer Analytics projects with three strategic goals:

Develop revenue optimization strategies for existing toll concessions.

Build models to accurately forecast traffic and revenue using existing and new data sources and analytical techniques; identify key variables affecting forecasts through machine learning and statistical analysis.

Design experiments and develop/execute measurement plans to evaluate new initiatives in a test & learn environment.

Stay informed of new developments in analytics techniques, systems, data sources, and providers, and evaluate opportunities to apply them to benefit Cintra.

Position Summary
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing fleet-related documentation, and optimizing fleet efficiency. The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with drivers, mechanics, and the operations team to ensure that the fleet runs smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure that all fleet vehicles comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations, including safety standards, licensing, and insurance requirements
- Ensure that all operators are following and reporting Hours of Service in accordance with local, provincial and federal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, maintenance schedules, and incident reports. Ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Monitor mechanic productivity, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and recorded in the Garage Management Software.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure productivity by utilizing Garage management software.
- Plan and prioritize repairs and documentation to meet contractual obligations.
- Liaise with service providers, such as mechanics, towing services, and vehicle rental companies, to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
- Coordinate the scheduling of vehicles for various departments, ensuring the optimal use of the fleet and minimizing downtime.
- Review and negotiate repair / parts quotes.
- Reinforce safety protocols and procedures for mechanics, drivers and vehicles.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Generate regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and expenses for management review
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of heavy fleet, equipment and salt spreader systems an asset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
Supervise and analyze the current operational execution of road maintenance contracts in Canada, in order to identify, plan, propose, support and lead, if necessary, the implementation of timely operational improvement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the contracts, transferring the operational best practices from the different markets where the company already operates similar services.

Understand and handle the contractual documents of road contracts, as well as the regulations of application.

Perform the proper follow-up of the implemented actions, their concretion in the organization and their integration in the daily operative of the contract.

Support project team, in the contact, negotiation and improvement of existing agreements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring that the purchase is carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner.

Monitor contract and project compliance with the company’s policies and procedures in relation to legal, financial, safety and administration matters.

Job Description:
Ferrovial Construcción busca un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos experimentado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en Puerto Rico. El/la candidato/a ideal supervisará y gestionará proyectos de ingeniería desde la concepción hasta la finalización, asegurando la entrega a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Funciones:
* Planificar, ejecutar y cerrar proyectos de ingeniería, incluyendo el desarrollo de planes de proyecto detallados, cronogramas y presupuestos.
* Coordinar y comunicar eficazmente con equipos internos, contratistas, proveedores y partes interesadas.
* Supervisar el progreso del proyecto, identificar y mitigar riesgos, y resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones, códigos de construcción y estándares de seguridad aplicables.
* Revisar y aprobar diseños de ingeniería, planos y especificaciones.
* Gestionar el control de calidad, incluyendo inspecciones y pruebas de materiales y mano de obra.
* Preparar informes de progreso del proyecto y presentaciones para la dirección.
* Participar en la selección y gestión de contratistas y proveedores.
* Proporcionar soporte técnico y orientación a los equipos del proyecto.
Requisitos:
* Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Eléctrica, Mecánica o campo relacionado.
* Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos de ingeniería, preferiblemente en el sector de infraestructura o aeroportuario.
* Licencia de Ingeniero/a Profesional (PE) en Puerto Rico, o elegibilidad para obtenerla, es altamente deseable.
* Dominio del español y del inglés (hablado y escrito).
* Sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo planificación, organización, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
* Experiencia con software de gestión de proyectos (ej. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
* Conocimiento de los códigos de construcción locales y regulaciones de seguridad.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y trabajo en equipo.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y bajo presión en un entorno dinámico.
* Disposición para viajar ocasionalmente dentro de Puerto Rico según sea necesario para los proyectos.
