Job Description:

Key accountabilities

  • Act as a liaison between the company Head Office and Ferrovial Construction Francia.

  • Encourage and promote the most appropriate Employer Branding policies according to the Human Capital Strategy (attending events, universities, etc.) to attract the best talent.

  • Manage the recruitment of new employees in accordance with the needs of the company.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of Human Capital.

  • Identification and monitoring of internal talent. Lead the development of employees, assessing gaps and establishing adequate training and learning programs.

  • Lead talent review and feedback process for all employees.

  • Manage the required human capital reporting as per company requirements.

  • Manage Workday system for human capital management. Be aware of changes in legislation and adapt the company processes to meet compliance at all the time.

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rate.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with a strong recruiting and employee relations background.

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • Good knowledge of the construction industry in France

  • Must be fluent in both French and English

  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
