Sobre el puesto

Asesorar e instruir a los trabajadores en la correcta utilización de los instrumentos de protección personal. Identificar e investigar causas de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales. Indicar la adopción de todas las medidas de higiene y seguridad que sirvan para la prevención de Riesgos Laborales

Principales responsabilidades:

• Elaborar, realizar seguimiento y evaluación de un Programa de Trabajo en Prevención de Riesgos, conforme

• a las necesidades de la Institución.

• Desarrollar la planificación de las tareas de Agencia, que emanan del sistema de prevención de riesgos

• laborales, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la ley 16.744 y su normativa vigente.

• Diseñar e implementar políticas, procedimientos y programas de prevención de accidentes y enfermedades laborales.

• Asesoría en Prevención de Riesgos a las Jefaturas tanto del nivel central como regional, proponiendo soluciones para el control de riesgos en el ambiente o en medios de trabajo.

• Realizar las charlas ODI, asesorar e instruir a los trabajadores para la correcta utilización de los elementos de protección personal.

• Gestionar la compra y entrega de EPP.

• Diseñar y asegurar la ejecución del Programa Anual de Prevención de Riesgos y Mejoramiento de los Ambientes de trabajo.

• Elaboración y actualización de los procedimientos asociados a sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.

• Supervisar y promover la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores de la Agencia, fomentando el desarrollo de actividades y medidas necesarias para prevenir accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales. Así como adoptar acciones preventivas y correctivas, mejorando continuamente los procesos.

• Coordinar y gestionar el trabajo con el organismo administrador de la ley 16.744 y las recomendaciones que éste imparta

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en Líneas de Transmisión y Subestaciones eléctricas

• Manejo de Microsoft office – Nivel Intermedio –

• Formación universitaria, Ingeniero en prevención o similar

• Experiencia entre 6 y 8 años

Job Description:

Position Summary

The HV Cable Engineer will lead the design delivery for Cable System Projects up to 400kV, for all stages of the project: FEED, Tendering, Detailed design to project handover. This role requires an understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry and relevant codes & standards, and regulatory requirements, cable technology and safety regulations, and to ensure the reliable and safe operation of HV cable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and/or reviewing HV/EHV cabling systems specifications, concept/detailed design, estimation, site supervision and support as required.
• Provide technical support to the design team on all aspects of HV cable system engineering and design, such as civil, structural, supply chain, etc.
• Perform and review technical calculations including cable size, spaceproofing, rating calculations, bonding schemes, TMF and EMF calculations, Sheath induced voltage calculations and other.
• Ensuring all project designs are compliant with CDM regulations, relevant legislation and company procedures
• Assist with temporary works design schemes.
• Ensure that the drawings and specification documents contain sufficient, accurate information for construction of the works.
• Ensuring correct and accurate interface with other engineering functions involved in the projects, attend, and conduct internal and external meetings with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential risks, recommend corrective actions and mitigation measures.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Power Engineering.
• Previous experience with consultancy, contractor or utility in the energy sector.
• Previous experience in a cable related role supporting FEED design and/or detailed design.
• Experience in HV cable design, installation, or maintenance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable

• Previous experience in Cable Tunnel projects.
• Familiar with National Grid policies, procedures and technical standards.
• Familiarity with relevant cutting-edge engineering software.

Job Description:

• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with Ferrovial Construction Procurement Procedures, based on requisitions from Site Operations Teams.
• Source materials and equipment, balancing quality, service, risk, and cost considerations.

Descripción del rol:

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Instalaciones experimentado/a y proactivo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo en Badajoz. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la planificación, ejecución y supervisión de todas las instalaciones en nuestros proyectos de construcción, garantizando la eficiencia, calidad y cumplimiento normativo.

Funciones:
* Definir y desarrollar las estrategias de instalación para cada proyecto, incluyendo la selección de sistemas y equipos.
* Elaborar y gestionar los presupuestos de instalaciones, optimizando los recursos y garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos.
* Coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de equipos propios y subcontratistas especializados en instalaciones (eléctricas, mecánicas, HVAC, fontanería, telecomunicaciones, etc.).
* Realizar seguimiento y control del progreso de las instalaciones, identificando y resolviendo desviaciones.
* Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las instalaciones de acuerdo con los planos, especificaciones técnicas, normativas vigentes y estándares de calidad de Ferrovial.
* Gestionar y aprobar la adquisición de materiales y equipos para las instalaciones.
* Realizar inspecciones periódicas en obra para verificar la calidad y seguridad de las instalaciones.
* Supervisar la puesta en marcha y las pruebas de funcionamiento de todos los sistemas instalados.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de toda la normativa aplicable en materia de instalaciones, seguridad y medio ambiente.
* Preparar y mantener actualizada la documentación técnica de las instalaciones (planos "as-built", manuales de operación y mantenimiento, certificaciones, etc.).
* Gestionar los permisos y licencias necesarios para la ejecución de las instalaciones.
* Participar en la resolución de incidencias y no conformidades relacionadas con las instalaciones.

Requisitos:
* Estudios en Ingeniería Industrial (especialidad en Electricidad, Mecánica, Energía, etc.) o Ingeniería de Edificación.
* Valorable formación complementaria en gestión de proyectos o energías renovables.
* Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia demostrable en posiciones de Jefe/a de Instalaciones o similar en proyectos de construcción de gran envergadura (edificación, infraestructuras, industrial).
* Experiencia sólida en la gestión de equipos y subcontratistas.
* Dominio de la normativa técnica aplicable en instalaciones (RBT, RITE, CTE, etc.).
* Conocimientos avanzados en sistemas de climatización, ventilación, electricidad, fontanería, PCI y telecomunicaciones.
* Manejo de herramientas de diseño (AutoCAD, Revit) y gestión de proyectos.
* Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Office.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en Badajoz y alrededores.
* Permiso de conducir B.

Job Description:

Summary: The Senior Traffic & Revenue Engineer is an advanced professional role responsible for leading the analysis and forecasting of traffic and revenue data. This position involves a significant level of expertise in developing sophisticated models, mentoring junior staff, and providing data-driven insights to support the Cintra’s toll road business development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Traffic & Revenue Studies

• Lead analysis of complex traffic and socioeconomic data to develop accurate and reliable forecasts.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced traffic and revenue models, incorporating the latest industry practices and methodologies.

• Take ownership of a variety of spreadsheet-based models used to forecast traffic and revenue for existing and potential managed lane and toll road projects.

• Develop and give presentations summarizing the entirety of traffic and revenue forecasts to supervisors and company executives. Have a confident and complete grasp of the project’s modeling, traffic & revenue data, socio-economic data and outlook, project concept, regional policies, and professional assumptions

• Define, implement, analyze, and track traffic data collection programs including but not limited to traffic counts, market research surveys, opinion polls, and travel time surveys.

• Oversee the quality assurance and control processes to ensure the integrity of data and models.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate traffic and revenue analysis into broader organizational strategies.

• Contribute to Cintra Revenue Solutions Department’s research and innovation projects related to traffic and revenue, including participation in project meetings, liaising with the project team members, and overseeing project deliverables

Supporting T&R at Cintra’s Concession

• Be a primary point of contact for the concessions’ Traffic & Revenue teams and coordinate their reporting and analysis activities.

• Be the in-house expert for one or more of the concessions by developing a 360-degree knowledge of the project’s traffic & revenue data, legal and contractual obligations, and key strategic priorities

• Prepare strategic memos and presentations for senior leadership on the concessions

• Prepare periodic reports summarizing the findings of analyses conducted on traffic, revenue and economic conditions of Cintra’s North American concession companies.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Planner to join our team, based in Birmingham for the HS2 Track project. The Senior Planner role is office-based and will be focused on managing the contract programme, including dealing with client and supporting the commercial team. The role demands leadership skills and initiative to proactively produce and maintain a realistic programme coordinating with our construction and design teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project contractual programme, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and overall project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, commercial leads, project controls, filed engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project data, assess progress, and identify potential risks or delays.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing accurate progress reporting and highlighting critical path activities.
• Prepare and submit contract program deliverable, including its narrative and other back-up documents.
• Coordinate with project controls to track and report on project performance using earned value management and other relevant metrics.
• Support the change management process, including the assessment of schedule impacts from changes and variations.
• Mentor and support junior planning staff within the project team in future expansion of the project.
• Generate, update and maintain time-chainages
• Coordinate and lead QSRA analysis

Key Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling within construction sector (rail systems experience desirable but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Desirable experience in earned value management.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and public sector procurement processes is advantageous.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Substation Lead Construction professional to oversee the delivery of high-voltage substation projects across Australia. This role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality construction execution in compliance with Australian standards and project specifications. You will lead site activities, manage contractors, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to achieve successful outcomes on time and within budget.. 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead and manage the construction of high-voltage substations (up to 500kV), including civil, structural, and electrical works.

• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure constructability.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Oversee installation of primary equipment, protection systems, and auxiliary services.

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Australian standards, utility requirements, and WHS regulations.

• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.

• Act as the primary interface between construction teams, project managers, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 7 years of experience in substation construction leadership roles.

• Proven track record in delivering high-voltage substation projects in Australia or similar markets.

• Strong knowledge of Australian standards (AS/NZS) and WHS requirements.

• Familiarity with substation equipment installation and commissioning processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility for Engineers Australia registration.

• Experience with major Australian utilities or EPC contractors.

• Knowledge of environmental and planning approval processes.

• Familiarity with HV testing and commissioning procedures.

Job Description:

The Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Manager will oversee the advancement of the I-77 Mobility Partners safety program and lead efforts to enhance the safety culture. 

The HSE Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). 

The HSE Manager will verify program effectiveness and compliance by performing regular work site visits (including subcontracted work) and safety observations.  The HSE Manager will guide employees on hazard identification and use of critical checks and life-saving controls to eliminate or mitigate hazards.   

This position is obligated to stop the job when there is an imminent hazard to the health and well-being of employees, and to protect company property and the environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands and appropriately influences company strategy as related to HSE compliance and program implementation.

• Supports implementation of effective policies, procedures and initiatives.

• Works with executive management to define goals to reduce accidents and incidents at the workplace

• Development and implementation of Life Saving Controls Program

• Promote engagement and meaningful feedback from operations employees to identify opportunities for improvement

• Conduct regular audits and observations to identify opportunities to improve the overall robustness of the safety program

• Report on KPI results for monthly, quarterly and annual results to satisfy local and corporate requirements

• Work with operations personnel on expectations and management of subcontractor safety (safety plans, training, etc.)

• Understand contractual Environmental requirements and environmental regulations to ensure environmental compliance is maintained

• Identifies and coordinates health and safety training for all employees via Learning Management System (KPA)

• Conducts safety meetings/trainings with employees to discuss safety and health matters, specific workplace hazards/mitigations, and employee concerns.

• Supervises   night shift Safety Specialist and determine work needed and set expectations.

• Provides coaching and feedback to Safety Specialist as needed.

• Ensures that safety and health issues are routinely discussed by all levels of management.

• Investigates and documents all occupational injuries and illnesses. Work with relevant stakeholders to identify corrective actions(s) that will prevent further occurrences

• Support case management of all occupational injuries/illness to include provision of care/treatment, arranging for and monitoring light-duty programs, managing an injured worker’s return to work and supporting HR requests for Worker’s Compensation information

• Monitor Consortium to Track DOT drug & alcohol testing, to ensure accurate reporting, random testing

• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations

• Collaborates with Operations personnel to support needs related to the Safety Program

• Maintains PPE inventory and issuance to new employees

• Coordinates Safety Committee meetings and topics for discussion

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
