Who You Are: A Profile of Success
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering required
At least 7-10 years of water/wastewater construction experience a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam highly preferred
Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

Position Summary

Negociación con los/las Clientes y Direcciones Facultativas de los aspectos técnicos de la obra.
Estudio del Proyecto Constructivo y del Contrato de Obra: Modificados, Coste Real, Formas de pago, Plazos, etc.
Especificar con el/la Jefe/a de Grupo de Obras los objetivos sobre la ejecución de la obra
Planificación técnica y económica y de los recursos de la obra.
Supervisión, control y previsión de costes de las diferentes unidades y del conjunto de la obra.

Preparación y seguimiento de programa de obra. Manejo de equipos, responsable de seguridad, salud y calidad y medio ambiente, etc. En diferentes proyectos alrededor de la península.
Funciones:
– Planificar y organizar la ejecución de la obra, definiendo los recursos necesarios (humanos, materiales y equipos).
– Supervisar y controlar el avance de la obra, asegurando el cumplimiento del cronograma y el presupuesto.
– Gestionar y coordinar a los equipos de trabajo, incluyendo personal propio y subcontratistas.
– Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud laboral en la obra.
– Controlar la calidad de los trabajos realizados, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas.
– Gestionar la documentación de la obra, incluyendo planos, informes, actas y certificaciones.
– Resolver los problemas e incidencias que puedan surgir durante la ejecución de la obra.
– Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con la dirección de la empresa, el cliente.
– Participar en la elaboración de presupuestos y ofertas.
Requisitos:
– Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o similar.
– Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la gestión de obras de construcción.
– Conocimiento profundo de los procesos constructivos, normativas técnicas y legislación vigente.
– Capacidad de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y toma de decisiones.
– Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
– Experiencia en herramientas informáticas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
– Conocimientos de prevención de riesgos laborales.
– Nivel alto de español (nativo o bilingüe).
– Se valorará el conocimiento de inglés.

Position Summary
- Project Manager responsible for overseeing the Design and Construction of High Speed Two (Hs2) Infrastructure Maintenance Depot located in a centralised location along the London-Birmingham corridor.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, to budget and according to specifications.
- The Hs2 Infrastructure Maintenance Depot includes the Design and Construction of three main buildings. The combined office and light workshop building and two major Over Track Maintenance buildings.

Qualifications / Experience
- Degree/Masters in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.

North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC is one of the subsidiaries of the Ferrovial Group in the U.S. It is currently working on several projects in the U.S., including the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Projects (“NTE Projects”). Summary
The position of Project Manager will coordinate the construction activities for certain construction activities of the project. The Project Manager shall have the responsibility for site administration and coordination of site operations, quality control, health and safety, and cost control for field operations of a defined area or type of construction activities for the project.

- Report to his Supervisor, implement, manage, maintain, and administer certain processes related to construction as required.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Inspect quality of work and safety compliance according to available standards.
- On site control of field works (quality, safety and compliance of the Design).

- Order and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Propose change orders and perform cost control of relevant activities.
- Recommend solutions to design changes throughout construction process.
- Manage subcontractor scope of work respective to various contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience of progressive responsibility on similar construction projects.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Overview
The Project Manager is responsible to take ownership of the Project P&L and ensure that highway and bridge construction projects are well planned and successfully executed. Among many important activities, it is most important that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining positive communication with the Owner's representative.
Regular Job Duties
- Ensure a "Safety First" attitude throughout the project from all levels of management and operations
- Supervise, manage, and direct the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of personnel

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree or commiserate experience is highly preferred
- Three (3) or more years of experience in managing construction projects exceeding $50M of highways and bridges
- Moderate to high level of proficiency operating Primavera 6 CPM scheduling software
- Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Valid driver license for frequent travel
- Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Full understanding of Construction Math concepts
- Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature. Some exposure to outdoors with changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind. Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects
