Job Description:
- Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure Ferrovial complies with regulations and best practices.
- Contract Management: Be involved in negotiating the terms and conditions of the contract with the client once the bid proposal is accepted. Discuss and agree on aspects such as delivery schedules, payments and contractual clauses.
- Bid Solicitation, Request for Proposal & Tender Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on aspects of bid request for proposal or tender project requirements and write specifications for tenders. Perform opportunity analysis with the objective of understanding the offer and being able to present the correct documentation. Ensure that bids are submitted in a timely manner, meeting all required specifications and deadlines.
- Insights and Reporting: Gather and analyze data for insights and reporting. Prepare reports on specific aspects of bidding activities and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
- Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for bidding projects, tracking costs, and identifying potential budgetary issues. Provide input on budget adjustments and resource requirements.

About the role:
A network Technical Project Manager is a holistic thinker who drives and evolves a complex technical vision with their deep knowledge of communications and infrastructures. Able to straddle business and technical concerns creates options and solutions that address business needs and longer-term strategic concerns.
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong technical knowledge in the network and infrastructure domains that can establish technical evolution and operating models that will support business needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Define network technical evolution in coordination with Cloud, Security and Architecture and Data.
- Define and validate the evolution of Ferrovial secure communications services integrating cutting-edge technologies (SD-WAN, SD-Branch, NAC, Security, SASE, 5G, satellite …) and business needs (IoT, unified comms…)
- Manage service providers to ensure high-quality standards.

Se busca garantizar la correcta puesta en marcha de plantas de tratamiento de agua (EDAR, ETAP, IDAM), asegurando que todos los sistemas y equipos funcionen conforme a los requisitos técnicos, operativos y de seguridad establecidos, contribuyendo al éxito del proyecto y a la satisfacción del cliente.

• Llevar a cabo la puesta en marcha en base al alcance del proyecto.
• Planificar y ejecutar las tareas necesarias para la puesta en servicio de la instalación.
• Gestionar con anticipación los posibles riesgos durante el proceso de instalación, conexionado y puesta en marcha de los equipos/planta.
• Resolver los problemas e inconvenientes que durante las fases de instalación y puesta en marcha puedan surgir.
• Probar y poner en marcha el equipo para garantizar que funcione correctamente. Diagnóstico de averías Resolución de incidencias y ejecución de reparaciones.
• Revisión y parametrización de equipos, componentes eléctricos y automatismos e instrumentación.
• Realizar pruebas de validación de software en planta. Ajustar y depurar programas durante la fase de puesta en marcha.
• Supervisión y coordinación de los trabajos de puesta en marcha de las empresas colaboradoras (subcontratistas).
• Supervisión de la correcta instalación y conexión de equipos por parte de la empresa colaboradora conforme a los parámetros requeridos del fabricante.
