(the Company or FERROVIAL), pursuant to the provisions of article 82 of the Spanish Securities Market Act (Ley del Mercado de Valores), and following the regulatory disclosure made on 14 September 2012 (registration no. 173,627) regarding the Radial 4 tollway in Madrid, hereby notifies the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) of the following:
REGULATORY DISCLOSURE
As reported in the consolidated groups notes to the 2011 financial statements, the investment related to this project is provisioned in full. No significant impact on the groups financial statements is foreseen.
