Pursuant to article 227 of the Consolidated Text of the Spanish Securities Market Act (Texto Refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores), FERROVIAL, S.A. (the “Company” or “Ferrovial”), reports on the following:

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

Reference is made to the communication of Other Relevant Information dated 23 September 2021 (registration number 11,796) regarding the acquisition by Cintra, a subsidiary of Ferrovial, of 5.704% of the share capital of the concessionaire company I-66 Express Mobility Partners Holdings LLC.

Once the necessary approvals had been obtained, the transaction was completed. Following this acquisition, Cintra’s stake in the share capital of this concessionaire company now stands at 55.704%.

The price of the acquisition finally amounted to 181,934,328 USD.
