Buscamos un Coordinador de Ofertas de Operación y Mantenimiento (O&M) para nuestra oficina de Madrid. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la elaboración y coordinación de propuestas técnicas y económicas para proyectos de O&M en el sector del tratamiento de aguas, asegurando la competitividad y viabilidad de las ofertas.

Funciones:
* Análisis inicial y planificación de la licitación
Analizar los Pliegos de Bases y elaborar el informe de licitación.
Definir la Lista de Contenidos (LoC), División de Responsabilidades (DoR) y el calendario de oferta.
Identificar requerimientos administrativos, solvencias y documentación técnica necesaria.
* Coordinación y comunicación interna
Convocar y liderar la reunión de lanzamiento y las reuniones de seguimiento, asegurando la participación de todas las áreas implicadas (ingeniería, contratación, EICA, BIM, socios, etc.).
Coordinar la preparación de documentación técnica y administrativa con los distintos departamentos.
Elaborar y distribuir las actas de reunión y asegurar el archivo de las mismas.

* Supervisión de la preparación técnica y económica
Supervisar el estudio de la licitación y el desarrollo técnico de la propuesta.
Coordinar el análisis de ofertas de ingeniería y de suministradores, y gestionar aprobaciones con responsables correspondientes.
Controlar los costes directos de la oferta y su coherencia con las decisiones técnicas adoptadas.
Realizar o validar el cierre económico de la oferta (cuando aplique).
* Gestión con socios, clientes y terceros
Coordinarse con socios para consensuar la participación porcentual, responsabilidades y entregables conjuntos.
Participar en reuniones con el cliente, cuando proceda, durante la fase de aclaraciones y negociación.
Gestionar documentación en caso de adjudicación (administrativa y contractual).
* Preparación de la documentación administrativa
Elaborar el informe de solvencia o calificación cuando se requiera.
Preparar el sobre administrativo de la licitación conforme a los requisitos del pliego.
* Seguimiento tras la presentación
Realizar seguimiento con el cliente sobre la oferta presentada y gestionar aclaraciones posteriores
 

Requisitos:

* Ingeniería o titulación técnica equivalente.
* Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en puestos relacionados con la elaboración de ofertas, gestión de proyectos o gestión de operaciones y mantenimiento en el sector del agua.
* Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de tratamiento de agua y de las operaciones y mantenimiento de las instalaciones asociadas.
* Capacidad para interpretar pliegos de condiciones y elaborar propuestas técnicas y económicas detalladas.
* Dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel) y especializadas como Presto o MS Project.
* Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de herramientas de planificación y gestión de proyectos.
* Nivel alto de inglés (hablado y escrito). Se valorará un tercer idioma.
* Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y trabajo en equipo.
* Capacidad de análisis, organización y orientación a resultados.
* Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.

MISIÓN:

-Realizar controles periódicos de las condiciones de trabajo en obra.

-Realizar según el Art.19 de la Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales dentro de sus competencias así como charlas informativas.

-Investigar y reportar los incidentes y accidentes generando los informes necesarios.

-Realizar o gestionar evaluaciones y mediciones higiénicas y ergonómicas.

-Asesorar a la línea de producción en materia de Seguridad y Salud.

-Colaborar en la revisión de la documentación de las empresas subcontratistas.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la implementación y seguimiento de las políticas de prevención de riesgos laborales en nuestras obras y proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una cultura de seguridad.

Funciones:

* Elaborar, implementar y supervisar los planes de prevención de riesgos laborales en las diferentes obras y centros de trabajo.
* Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y proponer medidas correctoras y preventivas.
* Investigar los accidentes e incidentes laborales, determinando sus causas y proponiendo acciones para evitar su repetición.
* Coordinar y ejecutar la formación e información en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales al personal de la compañía.
* Asesorar a la dirección y a los mandos intermedios en todas las cuestiones relacionadas con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
* Gestionar la documentación relativa a la prevención de riesgos laborales (evaluaciones, informes, registros, etc.).

About us:

North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC is one of the subsidiaries of the Ferrovial Group in the U.S. It is currently working on several projects in the U.S., including the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Projects (“NTE Projects”). The NTE Extension Project is a part of the NTE Projects, which consist of a series of major highway improvements to the critical I-820 and SH-121/183 corridor in North Tarrant County, Texas. The NTE Projects will relieve congestion, improve safety, and provide for anticipated traffic growth in one of the country’s fastest developing regions. The NTE First Project was a $1.451 billion design-build project consisting of rebuilding the existing main lanes as well as adding four toll-managed lanes, frontage roads and auxiliary lanes in the corridor between I-35 West and Industrial Boulevard. The NTE Extension Project is the next part of the NTE Projects. The construction of the original $984 million part of the project (Segment 3A) was completed by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, and the current $580.5 million part (Segment 3C) of the NTE Extension Project is presently being carried out by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC.

Quality Inspector

Summary

The position of Quality Inspector will inspect for quality the tasks and activities of production.

Responsibilities

· Implement the Quality plan.

· Conduct field Quality Assurance.

· Document QA.

· Provide records related to quality system to document control.

· Determine the disposition of all nonconformities and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

· Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors.

· Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.

Minimum Requirements

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility on similar construction projects.

· Experience on large highway, bridge/structures, paving, and/or utility relocation projects as a contractor.

The role

Ferrovial Construction is looking for a Graduate Planner to assist with, and in some cases plan programmes of work on a variety of major UK infrastructure projects. Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in project management and project planning by producing programme controls, project reviews, and cost and risk analysis
  • Create tender programs compliant with tender sums, project design and methodology
  • Produce, manage and update the construction programme and its communication to internal and external customers and major stakeholders
  • Assess how commercial events and activities impact the programmes baseline
  • Measure and monitor performance and interpret data in order to present results in a logical manner

You will work under the supervision of Health and Safety Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety in accordance with company policy and ensure standards on our projects are upheld.

Key Accountabilities

  • Promoting a continuous improvement culture across site teams on specific projects
  • Be familiar with and promote current Health and Safety legislation best practices and support Ferrovial Construction policies and procedures
  • To assist in writing and reviewing Health and Safety documentation
  • To support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure Health and Safety plans and important information is understood and operated by all employees and subcontractors
