By means of this communication rectification is made of the weighted average price of the transactions over the Company’s own shares carried out on 27 July 2017 under the buy-back programme of FERROVIAL, which was released on 28 July 2017 (registration number 255,343). An amount of 19,496 euros was mistakenly registered, being the correct price 18,496 euros as it is reflected in the following chart.
