Desde Ferrovial Construcción precisamos incorporar a un Arquitecto/a, preferiblemente con 1 o 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos industriales para zona Noroeste de España.
FUNCIONES
– Apoyar en el Diseño de la disciplina arquitectura y validación de documentos de acuerdo a los requerimientos y especificaciones del cliente.

System Safety Design Engineer
We are now recruiting for a System Safety Design Engineer to join the HS2 Track infrastructure project at the initial design phase which will run concurrently with the completion of main works contracts, which are now at their peak. The team operate under a collaborative Rail Systems Alliance structure, designed to manage interfaces and resolve any program conflicts. The members will work together on design, access, resources, and logistics to achieve shared goals for cost and schedule.
Key responsibilities
The System Safety Design Engineer works with the Designers, Client and Others to ensure the delivery of system safety compliance, risk analysis and evaluation, preparation of safety products, and under direction and control of the Lead Systems Safety Engineer.
The System Safety Support Engineer takes an active role in the Employer’s system safety team, supporting the system safety lead and ensuring compliance with the Employer’s processes set out in the Employer’s Phase 1/2a Railway Systems Safety Management Plan.
- Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Work with Designer’s System safety engineers analyse of systems to identify potential hazards, assess the likelihood and severity of risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Safety Requirements Definition: aid the definition safety requirements for the system and its components, ensuring these requirements are integrated into the design and development process.
- Safety Case Development: aid the development of safety cases, which are arguments supported by evidence, to demonstrate that a system meets safety requirements and is acceptably safe for its intended use.
- Safety Analysis: aid various safety analyses, such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA), to evaluate safety performance and identify potential issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: work closely with systems, hardware, and software engineers, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure safety is integrated into the system's design and operation.
- Compliance and Auditing: support compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations and participate in audits to verify the effectiveness of safety measures.

Key responsibilities
The Technical Assurance Engineer shall take an active role in the co-ordination and submission of all technical assurance activities and the resolution of technical assurance related issues to deliver a progressively self-assured product
The Technical Assurance Requirements Engineer shall contribute to the continued improvement of technical assurance processes and systems, capturing lessons learnt.
- The Techncical Assurance Requirements Engineer will apply the processes and procedures identified in the FBRS Requirements and Assurance Management Plan (RAMP) to help deliver technical self-assurance at each HS2 Technical Lifecycle Stage
- The Technical Assurance Requirements Engineer assists the maintenance of the Contractor’s Technical Requirements Baseline, which captures all the input requirements necessary to ensure that the Contractor’s design is produced in accordance with the Works Information, applicable standards, statutory obligations, etc. Assist the identification and decomposition of new and existing requirements.
- Aids in the ilicitation of systmes and subsystems requirements as part of design development and assurance
- Ensures that sound engineering and V&V result in the production of the evidence that assures all the stakeholders that the project is on track and will deliver what has been requested.
- Ensures that the assurance evidence is progressively delivered through each project lifecycle. Progressive Assurance is the method used to mitigate the (unacceptable) risk of protracted approval that will delay the acceptance of the works.
- Assists with progress reviews, tracking and reporting of assured deliverables and associated certification to meet programme.
- Assists with the assessment of Technical Assurance readiness to proceed to interdisciplinary design reviews and project lifecycle stage gates.
- Assists with the presentation of stage gate assurance packs for Level 3 lifecycle stage gate FBRS/HS2 acceptance panels.
- Assists with regular progress reviews, tracking and reporting of assured deliverables and associated certification to meet programme.

Rail Systems Integration Engineer
Department: Engineering/Design
Key responsibilities
To support the management and coordination of all design interfaces between the Contractor’s systems scope and other HS2 contractors (Rail Systems, Civils, Stations) as well as with the Client, ensuring technical consistency, contractual compliance and integrated assurance.
- Responsible for supporting, implementing and maintaining the relevant parts of the Interface Management Plan and for the processes for railway systems designs integration.
- Accountability for delivering the processes set out in FBRS management plans in respect of RAM, System Safety, Interoperability, Security management.
- Manage the system integration processes from design to construction. Manage System level Functional and Architecture Specifications and interface control documents.
- Aid the consistency of the sub-systems deliverables across all projects and contribute towards the standardisation of specifications for sub-systems.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for the railway systems design interfaces..
- Coordinate with other contractors (Railways Systems, Main Works), Client, Designers and internal teams to ensure resolution of design interfaces and systems integration.
Programme and Information coordination
- Coordinate the supply chain to support the delivery of an efficient and compliant design, evidencing progressive technical assurance during design, construction and handover.
- Close liaison with the design supply chain to ensure the delivery of these interfaces and deliverables associated with the managed disciplines (RAM, System Safety, Interoperability, Electrical Engineering (EMC and E&B and Security) as per the programme and budgetary constraints, and in accordance with the client’s requirement.
- Coordination with the broader interface management team, assurance team, design delivery team (alignment and effective delivery on time and within budgetary constraints) construction and logistic teams.
- Attend weekly meetings with the broader design, systems safety and construction teams and client in Birmingham / London as required.
- Chairing regular railways systems / civils systems integration meetings.
- Support the client with identifying change, risk and opportunities.
- Support the link and coordination with construction teams for management of design and systems interface-related issues. Provide technical input and support to relevant commercial communications (SNCs, NCRs, CEs, Departures, etc)
Key Skills and qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Chartered IMechE, PWA Institute, INCOSE, CEng ICE or similar is desirable.
- Experience in major multi-disciplinary rail projects.

MEP Assistant Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities
As MEP Assistant Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordination of MEP and CMS services across all project stages, ensuring integration with civil works.
- Support design team with design development, reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Contribute to MEP coordination meetings and track actions to closure.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues

- Ensure all MEP installations meet statutory, regulatory, and client requirements
- Ensure the CMS design comply with the appropriate client standards, including construction design management (CDM) regulations.
- Coordination of the CMS design delivery for a high-speed track contract, under the guidance of the Track Design Lead, including integration of any temporary stages, integration of assurance and managing the delivery of the associated digital deliverables, in line with the construction and overall project programme, cost and client requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for, coordinating the designers and the supply chain inputs needed to achieve an efficient and compliant design for these elements.
- Close liaison with the Designer to ensure the design delivery on time, optimized and in accordance with the client’s requirements is essential.
- Work closely with supply chain providing the CMS elements, client subject matter expert and other contractors. The role involves contributing to the management of the associated interfaces.
- Attend the weekly meetings with the construction team and broader design team and client in Birmingham and/or London.
- Attending / chairing meetings for track design related issues during design and construction and provide technical support for their mitigation.
- Support the Client with identifying change, risk and opportunities and constantly striving for efficiencies and cost savings.
- Aid in the study of optimization and liaison with the commercial, planning, design delivery teams, and designers.
- Support the link and coordination with construction teams for management of track related issues.
- Provide technical input and support to commercial administration of the contract
- Close out track slab issues within area of responsibility in timely manner.
- Review of monitoring reports and certificates.
- Support delivery of progressive technical assurance during design, construction and handover process.
What do you bring to the role?
Minimum Requirements for the Position
- Experience in design systems integration of Railway Projects desirable
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- CEng (PWAy Institute or ICE) desirable.
- Experience relevant to rail track on major construction projects, including design, modelling, or construction support.
- A sound understanding of rail design codes.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation, impact mitigation and dealing with statutory authorities.
- Experience in managing and liaising with third parties and other contractors
- Collaborative team player with good communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, with ability to track multiple interfaces and actions
- Basic awareness of BIM / 3D design tools and coordination processes
- Professional and proactive approach when working with designers, partners and stakeholders

Structures Design Engineer & Civil Designs Interface
Department: Engineering/Design
Reports to: Design Project Manager
Location: London Birmingham
Key Responsibilities
As a Structures Design Engineer & Civil Designs Interface, you will support the coordination and integration of interfaces between civil structures (viaducts, bridges, tunnels, and earthworks) and the Standard Slab Track system. You will work closely with the Civils Design Integration Lead and wider design teams to ensure that interfaces are understood, coordinated, and integrated with the slab track system.
This role will involve developing an understanding of structural and geotechnical behaviour, including:
- Movements of viaducts and bridges (e.g. temperature, long-term and transient effects)
- Settlement and differential settlement impacts on track systems
- Expansion joints, bearings, and articulation arrangements
- Load transfer mechanisms between the slab track and supporting structures
- You will contribute to ensuring that the slab track solution is coordinated, buildable and aligned with project requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Key responsibilities
- Support the coordination of interfaces between slab track and civil structures, ensuring information is shared clearly between disciplines.
- Assist in reviewing structural movements, tolerances and interface details, identifying potential risks or constraints for slab track integration.
- Work with designers to help ensure compatibility between track and civil elements at key interfaces.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and engineering workshops.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and interface registers.
- Help track interface issues and actions, supporting timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting minutes, coordination notes, and simple technical summaries to ensure clear communication.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve buildability, safety, quality and efficiency at interfaces.
- Support risk identification and reporting relating to track–structure integration.
- Assist in ensuring interface activities are aligned with programme requirements and escalate issues when needed.
- Promote awareness of health, safety and environmental considerations in all aspects of the role.
- Attend meetings in London and Birmingham with internal teams, partners, and clients as required.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Career experience in civil engineering, structures, geotechnics, or infrastructure
- CEng (Railway Engineer Institute or ICE) or working towards is desirable.
- Experience relevant to rail track on major construction projects, including design, modelling, or construction support is desirable.
- Understanding of structural behaviour, including movements and tolerances in bridges/viaducts
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and interface details
- Interest in design coordination, interface management, and multidisciplinary working
- Familiarity (or willingness to learn) interface processes such as ICDs, risk registers, and change management
- Awareness of relevant standards (e.g. Eurocodes / UK standards); knowledge of HS2 standards is an advantage
- Collaborative team player with good communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, with ability to track multiple interfaces and actions

Principales Responsabilidades

Realizar layout general de plantas fotovoltaicas y eólicas en función de los requisitos de los clientes y los condicionantes del proyecto, buscando en todo momento la optimización de costos

Realizar movimientos de tierras en plantas fotovoltaicas, considerando limitaciones del fabricante de estructuras y restricciones y condiciones derivadas de requisitos de cliente, medioambientales y de terreno

Realizar mediciones sobre la implantación

Requisitos

Titulación delineación o relacionada.

Nivel avanzado en delineación en software Civil 3D, manejo avanzado de PVCase, manejo de Qgis
